Flywheel looks bent but it’s actually a defect in the casting. Been running like that for 100 yrs, unlikely to fail now.
I love these old hit and miss engines! It was a great innovation in its time!

Looks like the left side flywheel is bent a little, and it can't be good for the bearing for it to be wobbling like that.
Maybe for safety you repair the flywheel so it does not explode. The number one killer of men of old which is a fact.
