Car looks amazing, great video. Sad that you pay that much for a new car and it is sold not fully detailed.

Very interesting, I totally would of thought that a car is at its best right out off the lot. But this makes a lot more sense, thanks for the info!

    Great video.
We took possession of our 2022 Ioniq 5 and was disappointed to the state of the paint (and glass!). Tonnes of swirls and scratches on the brand-new car. And the glass was stupidly dirty - inside and out, it took me several attempts with "Goo Gone" and solvents to remove all the muck and slime. :'(
I explicitly requested they leave all the panels covered (whatever transport PPF they ship with) - they claim they could not, and it was a requirement of PDI to remove it. I wish I had pushed harder as it took me a solid 2 days to buff out the scratches and prep it for Xpel full-car PPF.

Yes, in our experience it doesn't matter what brand or how expensive the vehicle, we have never had a new vehicle that did not require decontamination and some level of corrections. If a person is particular and wants a "NEW" vehicle then specialized detailing services are required, for the masses it is clearly acceptable or the delivery process would have changed. Thank you for watching and supporting our channel.
