I still can’t get my head around how Kilian is a world class trail runner, an incredible mountaineer and a role model as a family man and environmentalist, I’m so glad I found this sport and that it has people like him as its ambassadors. Wow

DBO - such an amazing interview. Exactly what I wanted to hear Killian open up about, parenting, his own gene X environment fortunes, Elhousine, the current growth in trail… we don’t deserve such high quality free content 🙌

As a runner and a surfer, loved hearing the Ian Walsh bit. Too funny. Never thought about carb intake when paddling out 😂. This was such another awesome episode!

I'm such a huge fan of yours and your podcast! I’ve been diving into so many of your episodes recently, and your interview style is truly top-notch-among the best I’ve come across. In this interview, I really appreciated when Kilian brought up the importance of diversifying the running space and making it more inclusive. However, I noticed you didn’t verbally agree or expand on that topic, almost as if it was skipped over. While I enjoy hearing from the professionals you interview, it would be refreshing to hear more stories from people who came from different backgrounds-those who didn’t have traditional education or professional training yet found their way to success. Again, I love your podcast and am excited to see what’s next! Much love!

I'm so glad to see your comment. I was listening and noticed the same thing. Twice Kilian brought up inclusion and diversifying the sport. I would have loved to hear follow up questions and more discussion of that.
