It’s really cool that someone is also trying to do a full island filled with a single species :D I’m doing all wolves it’s pretty difficult. Haha. Anyways good job on getting Faith!

I wanted to do all wolves, but we don't have a sisterly one, and the only jock, Tarou, was not one of the old villagers reintroduced with the 2.0 update. So it'd mean potentially missing out on DIYs from those personalities.
ETA: Also, we no longer have a lazy wolf since Dobbie is now a cranky. So that's 3 personalities we'd be missing.

The hunt for Shino was really unlucky, literally everything that can go wrong on a villager hunt went wrong😂😂 I blew off 1200 tickets and still didn't find her, and I couldn't even get more

me but with sasha, I'm about to get over 1200 very soon. It's funny I've seen almost every villager in the game but 14 at the time of writing this, and I have seen every single new one BUT the one I want 😂😭

The koalas have always been my favourite villagers. I had all of the koalas that were available in ‘New Leaf’ and knew that is what I wanted to have again in ‘New Horizons’. I currently have Ozzie, Lyman, Eugene, Alice, Gonzo, Canberra, Sydney and Yuka. I spent about 60 NMTs last time when I went on a koala hunt.. before I was able to find Canberra.

The transition from 0:41 to “this hunt will have taken 80 tickets so far” and him getting another 10 tickets is funny for no reason 😭.
Im so happy you got Faith. While searching for Mac, I found Ione and Cephalobot. I still have not found Mac and now Knox is moving in... Knox is moving in and he is my tenth villager so he will never ask to leave... Now I have to wait for Mac to visit my island so that he can force Knox to leave, or Nintendo updates the rules to allow the newest villager to leave. I wonder which would happen first. I have done the math, and it could take up to 6 years for me to see Mac if every campsite visit happens every 6 days... I am in tears.

@@riabongo cephalobot, petri and roswell showed up so many times on my hunt,, i gave up hope near the end honestly, so i'm glad i didn't give up completely,, and i'm glad you were able to get her as well !! she's absolutely precious

I was doing the dlc and got azalea and cephalobot! It was nice to see them and fun to make them homes.
I spent 2 tickets trying to find Ione today and my amiibo pack had Shino, Judy and Sasha in it. Ahhh my luck 🥺
I got Roswell on my last hunt at 6 tickets. Boots was my OG so I was ready for another alligator. I was disappointed in his house though. City lot like Zucker and piles of bottle crates. I was hoping for more "alien themed" decor. Gonzo is one half of my cranky collection along with Kabuki. Both are just great to have around.

i got 2 of my dreamies in a few weeks and i got the 3rd one yesterday so i'm really happy cuz now i got 3 out of 6 of my dreamies. now i only need to get the amiibos of kabuki,lucky and lyman. (also if you wonder who are the villagers i got they're chadder,sly and peitro but i don't have their amiibos i found them through villager hunt)

I also try to get all Koala Villager, since the game gave me 3 until i had my 10 Villager and i was like meh, why not trying to get all Koalas. I'm at 6 Koalas atm. When i tried to get my 7th. i used up all my 50 NMT i had, and sadly didn't find a new one. So congratulations.
I didn't get shino from the two amiibo card packs I managed to get, but did get faith! Shame I dont really want her. Got an alice amiibo card to :D I do like alice, I wish I had more villager space
If you’ve got time to do a villager hunt for Shino I’d definitely recommend it. I noticed I kept getting the new/returning villagers from the update when I was looking yesterday (maybe Nintendo made them easier to find in the days following the update) and I got Shino pretty quickly. I also saw Sasha and Ione on the way too, so even if you don’t get Shino you might find another one you want

what's saddening is that we still don't have the special other series villagers from welcome amiibo, like cece and vichè, which are only obtainable from scanning in a callie or marie amiibo
When I was hunting for Shino (who I did find) I ran into Tiansheng and Cephlobot like 5 times each! I was like cool but no, not the one I wanted.

I'm planning on hunting for Ione but I don't think just yet because I've gone through about 80 tickets between Diana, Gayle, and Sprinkle so I will probably have literally no luck. i just want the pretty squirrel
