I tried OIL CLEANSING FOR 30 MINUTES & THIS HAPPENED! *before & after results*

- This is what happens when you oil cleansing your skin for 30 minutes. In this video you'll learn how to do the oil cleansing method to remove blackheads and oil plugs and footage of before and after results of trying this oil cleansing method for 30 minutes.
So this oil method is based on the rule that oils dissolve oils so when you apply oil on your skin and massage it for about 15-20 minutes, it’s supposed to attract and then pull out all the sebum, impurities and gunk stuck in your pores in a very gentle painless way. Most of the time what you are gonna remove with this method are oil plugs which are well known as sebaceous filaments and sometimes you can remove some blackheads and other stuff as well.

This is a tradition followed in kerela. Especially for kids. We were lathered in oil head to toe by our grand ma and she would massage off SO MUCH DIRT!. After which she would scrub us with some ayurvedic powders and was it off with hot water infused with Eucalyptus leaves. It was so relaxing! she did it for me till she passed (i was 7) but because of that i have amazing skin till today!
What a beautiful story.
What oil did your grandmother use?
@@zaraloves8420 she used an ayurvedic oil called Nalpamaradhi which was infused with turmeric.
@@randomvielleuse527 thank you :) most of my best memories are about my grandmother. This being one of them.

The pimples were the sebum or infection that couldn't come up kinda like purging. Do it once a week for a month and you'll have gorgeous clean skin. Also try jojoba oil as its closest to our own oils so is less irritating and can get deeper xx
Hello ♥️ thank you so for all these awesome information 😊🌟 definitely will try with jojoba oil next time. Hugs! 🌷
@@DoroCubillo no problem at all, also use a nice warm cloth to remove the oil before washing. Good luck 🤗❤
Once in a week would be enough if we have alots of blackheads also for how much time exactly one should be doing oil cleansing ?
@@euphoria957 I'm ot an expert sorry. I would maybe start twice a week for 2 weeks then once a week to start with. And for at least 15-20 minutes a time Good luck 🤗
Can I use coconut oil ??
My face used to look dull. But later I achieved glowing skin, free from pimples and dark spots, by doing these things. -:
1. Drinking water at least 3 to 4 liters per day.
2. Eating carrots or drinking carrot juice every day.
3. Adding Littlextra Ricebery face wash into my daily skincare routine. It contains black rice water, which has been shown to provide 10 times more skin benefits than ordinary white rice water.
4. Engaging in intense workouts at the gym and sweating heavily.
5. Performing facial steam or full-body steaming sessions every 18 days.
I have tried this rice berry face wash previously and for me, it's among the best face washes I have ever used. It removes dirt and excess oils off skin and does not dry out skin. The reason behind it produces less lather due to the fact that they do not use detergents to generate extra foam similar to other brands.
10/10 to riceberry face wash and vitamin c face serum
Little extra Riceberry fraud I'd is everywhere. It's just waste of money.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I tried this today and at first my skin felt very smooth and I thought I might be doing this for nothing, I exfoliate regularly. After just 5 mins I started to feel the balls of sebum, and they just kept coming and coming! By the end of the 30 mins it finally started to slow down, but I am very much looking forward to making this a part of my routine.
Hi. How do you know they have reduced? Do you remove the ones that you've felt from your hands?
Yesss! I see so many people using oil just to remove makeup but if you haven't got makeup on it's so helpful for removing clogged oils, just takes some time. My pores were huge on my nose and forehead and this legit made them shrink and nowhere near as visible
My pores have gotten huge and I hope this works. What oil did you use and for how long? About how long did it take for your pores to shrink? Thank you for any info! 🙂
What oil did you use?

So for those who don’t know: this is like a “deep clean” typical daily oil cleansing is maybe 60 seconds or less just like normal face washing
Yes!
Thank you for that.. most other videos I watched was only a minute or so 🙌🏼
can the normal face cleansing oil be used to do this deep cleanse or does it have to be something special like almond or jojoba oil?
@@jos-josradvanji6203 I am not sure since personally I don’t do this nor do I use “face cleaning” oil, I just use olive and avocado. I think “face cleaning oil” has emollients and other ingredients so I am not sure they would behave the same way.
She has got the most gorgeous skin 😩💋💕
I have sensitive dry skin, a 2 mins oil massage prevents rashes, leave it on for 10 mins..... follow up with another 2 mins massage then rinse with lukewarm water and let it air dry... hope it helps!
Thank you for this suggestion.
I think this will be best for me
I'm gonna try it this way. I have psoriasis and really dry skin but get clogged pores around my nose!
What oils should sensitive skin use?
Thanks for this demo. I tried it once but only put it on for 5 min! Will try again !
Indians have been doing this oil cleansing for centuries.
When I was a kid, my mom used to apply oil to my whole body and face before bath on my birthdays and other special occasions
Nope, actually they do oil massage in face and body to moisturize skin and growth not for cleansing.
Ah yes even here in my country coconut oil is the popular one .
@@whotf8371 massage to deep cleanse and rejuvenate :)
@@whotf8371 I mean it sounds like op is Indian so… lmao
My mom used to put the besan turmeric paste on me first and then used oil to take out that paste. It expedites the gunk removal when oil and uptan are used like that
Id love to see an update- because pimples take a while to form. Especially an update, what the skin felt and looked like 2 weeks later :)
I love your skin 🥺❤️ it’s so clear and beautiful✨

Doro!!! I am writing this to you after so many days... And I am happy to see that you're doing so good:)))) LOVE YA!!!
Hi love 🌟 thank you so much for this positive and beautiful message 🥺♥️ love you too!
This is awesome and actually honest, rather than a resounding “all good” or “all bad” video. As a person with sensitive skin, it’s good to know it may cause some irritation. Knowing that, I can simply do shorter session in my normal routine. I appreciate you!
Try sunflower oil, I've seen in a research it is less stressing on the skin.
I have very sensitive skin as well; hyper reactive. I can do about 15 minutes before I have to stop. 15 minutes is enough for me. Def works!!!!
Wow wow!! I never heard that oil cleansing method and I try it just now and it works 🤩 thank you so much 💕
Hahah love it ! Your editing is cool and entertaining
Use a warm cloth and press it into your face before wiping off the excess oil. If you need to you can rinse in warm water and wipe again. You can also use oils to moisturize but use sparingly too.
I like ur bubbly nature sooo much❤️ u give positive vibes
@Doro Cubillo I just discovered your channel today and I'm already a fan!! Other people add different famous funny clips in their videos which is too common but I love the fact that you add your own funny expressions clips in between and that makes you stand out I think. You deserve so much more!

You need to use the right oils based on your skin type. Then oil cleaning will definitely help. And you are supposed to do it for 4-5 days, then take a break for 25 days, and then again 4-5 days. Continue to do this till you have the skin you want. Then you do oil cleansing whenever you feel the need
Can I use coconut oil?
@@srijanani18 I used coconut oil and my skin looks incredible! I noticed an instant different and didn't even. do it for a full 5 minutes. I use paper towels to wipe off.
I've been doing this for years way before it became popular on tiktok and it is amazing but there's no need for all these ridiculous steps. I personally always used olive oil because not only does it work to remove oil and dirt and everything else from your pores but it also helps light and dark spots. I used to do it as a face wash on a daily basis so I would literally just get olive oil and rub it all over my face and little tiny circles for a few minutes and it would not only clean my face but it would remove all my makeup and also would leave my face feeling hydrated as if I put a lotion on. Oh I forgot, after rubbing it in little circles all over your face you take a warm or hot wash rag that's a little rough and wipe it off to remove it the oil. It works absolutely fantastically!!
I can confirm this is a good regimen! Especially during the dry winter season. It's also a great every-day makeup remover ;)
@@Sleipnirseight yes, especially for magnetic eyeliner remover or makeup that requires an oil based cleaner! 😉
Will this cause breakout the first time I try it I have combo skin type
@@afeenaafsal9532 I have really sensitive combo skin and olive oil has worked great for me!!!! It's one of the few oils that doesn't break you out, but you don't need to use it every day
Actually, oil doesn't clean anything from your pores. Dirt and crap on top of the skin? Sure. But not the pores. You use chemical exfoliants or retinols for that. These "oil plugs" aren't really oil plugs at all, they are just clumped up dust particles on your skin, any tiny threads left from your clothes/towel or anything else that could be sitting on top of your skin. This method doesn't actually extract anything from your pores.
Guys i tied and it really works!! But i only did 15 to 20 min because i have a sensitive ass skin with acne and it really works but after i put my acne treatment because my face was a little bit red so i was afraid but don't worry it doesn't make your acne worse ( for me personally i mean if it works for me it doesn't me it works for everyone) and i wish for yall a beautiful skin

I used to do this a few years ago when I was suffering from really bad acne. Granted, it didn't work for me then because the acne wasn't from clogged pores, but hormones/inflammation. But it does makes your skin feel clean and moisturized, I really wanna try this now that my acne is much better and I only really deal with blackheads and occasional dry patches

You should use a carrier oil and another oil that works for your skin type. I learned how to do this years ago by reading an article by Crunchy Betty, so it doesn’t look like they have a website anymore, but they do have a Facebook account of course. It was awesome! I haven’t done it in a long time because I just don’t have time, but I did it every night and have never loved my skin more. Also, I never did it for 20 minutes. 2 to 3 minutes max with a hot washcloth on my face before hand and a hot washcloth to gently remove the oil after the massage.

I want to try it with MCT oil or squalane which are ok too for fungal acne.

Hi! What understand is that you first have to cover your face with a hot wet towel, like the ones used on men at the barber shop, to help open pores and soften the "bumps" and loosen the blackheads. Then, use the oil cleansing method. Try it next time and let us know if it is better that way!
