Your two egg/bisquits were almost identical.
No need to drain the sausage! Just continue without draining and everything works as usual. If there's a lot of Grease then only add one tablespoon of butter.
Rue is from the Golden girls! A roux is a paste !
Way too much pepper onthe eggs & the flour for gravy needed browned more
