Just a guess, but he’s probably running Supplementary, Damage cap, Tyranny, and his class sigil. Plus some other QOL bonuses like Guts.

u need war elemental to deal all damage with enemies weak damage from u
u need damage cap max
If u use terminus weapon u need to make maxhp below 45k,
