I have now seen NL without the headphones twice in rapid succession, and the True Shape of his head is now burned into my third eye and I can see it when the headphones are off. His head is a totally different shape now and it will never be the same again.
I'm confident NL could record himself playing with two sticks and a rock and still would find a way to make me laugh my ass off. Nothing against these games, ofc, but he has a way with humor.
NL saying: "That seems about my level" to the most unhinged 800 elo chess plays seems right in the spirit of his usual game strategy. (While thinking that players with knight reroutes, discovered checks and everything are 600 elo). He should really play some more chess to celebrate World Championship with some pogs.
