I think it was incredibly brave to attempt the quad, but I keep wondering if only he had stuck to triples and skated a clean program, he may have gotten silver or gold! I enjoy his skating much more than Lysaceks (though I'm very happy for Evan). Oh well, I'm glad Daisuke medaled at least. In my heart, I know he could have won gold =)
he sets himself up and carries himself through his jumps perfectly. deserving of an olympic medal, though i personally love lambiel's incredibly fast spins better. he is the future for japanese skating!
Daisuke's looks & his foot work reminds me of "Prince"( an American musician). I want him to play a skate dance with a music of "I would die 4 you" on on an exhibition.
@AmaliaTarzian Plushenko is good, but during the long program, at least half of his jumps were out of axis; it's a wonder he could even land them at all. Plus he wasn't all that artistic... Takahashi has got STYLE.
