Your comida looked epic! But truthfully, Curt - you did SO well cinematographically, capturing all the various shades of blue-turquoise-silver-white in the glacier. What an unforgettable experience. And Snow - lookin' good, girl!
I almost didn’t watch this one because I thought this was the same first one you posted. I’m glad I decided to click on anyway. The pictures of the glacier were stunning!! Thank you. 👏🏻👏🏻🥰🥰
LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE!! And I have to say you two are my absolute #1 favorite channel. I even got a tear in my eye looking at the amazing views of the glacier. How incredible. ❤️❤️
What a joyous video! Glacier walking and calving, and that special glacier blue water and ending your day with what looked to be delicious food, drink and fun entertainment. Thanks for taking me along!
How amazing to walk on something remaining from the Ice Age!!! I, however, have the fear a crevasse would open up as I was walking, and I would fall in it! Very scary! That’s why there are people like you, Curt, who brave it and film the experience! Right On!👍🏻
Another great adventure segment. The glaciers are so fascinating ... the tour guides were really cool and then the cultural fun at the restaurant topped it off. No question, you are living the life.
Is that the most magnificent site! Incredible! Curt, Ace bandage makes ankle supports for you. Soft, just enough support and nobody can see them. Snow sounds like her ticker is getting stronger! Yay! She's so happy! you can see in those ice blue eyes of hers.
Snow & Curt - I shouldn't be surprised... YES! We walked the same hike on Perito Moreno🏔 like Curt, drank the whiskey, and walked up and down those stairs too! ANOTHER GREAT VID, FELLOW ADVENTURERS! We traveled Patagonia North to South... so if you're hitting all of the big three... I know where you're going next😃... c'mon 🥾MONSTER HIKER🥾!! I don't want to spoil it for your viewers... but if Curt hiked what I think he hiked next, we're all in for a REAL TREAT in your next vid or two. Crossing my fingers🤞 you had a clear day☀ when you hit the next epic, muy famosa sendero!
Curt, you had an awesome experience . Not many people can say they walked on a glacier . Dinner looked delicious, and the diner looked lots of fun. Snow just wanted to say how lovely looked at the dinner and love your hair
I just want to say thank you for sharing all of your adventures with us... This right here is the best for me!! I loved it!! Soooo amazing and breath takingly beautiful!! ❤❤❤
Amazing doesn’t begin to say what I want to say. Thank You 🙏 again for taking me on your adventures. Curt you did an awesome thing filming as you were walking. And the food oh my goodness enough for a party 🎊 Stay Safe and Groovy and enjoy. 🤗❤️✅🥶😶🌫️🤞✌️👏🫂🐱🐱❤️❤️🩹☮️💟✝️ Many Prayers to you both.
Oh that food looked amazing!!! And that SMILE 😊 Curt gave after taking a drink of that beer says it all for me - thanks Guys - enjoyed it ❤ CHEERS!!!!!!!!
So Awesome!!!😊 You are living the dream life & I’m so glad we get to see it with you!! Thanks for all the breathtaking videos you are sharing with the world!!❤
Stunning views! Love how you guys divided up your glacier adventures. The glacier-scraped rock face reminds me of my home on the Canadian Shield, just missing the windswept pines. I think you picked the perfect place to round up your day. The food looked delicious and live entertainment, too! Safe travels to your next adventure, 🤗🇨🇦
The living glacier- always moving no matter how minute… thanks, Curt, for the adventure. Walking on ice would be a challenge for me - I would be afraid of slipping and falling down into the melting river of water or a deep hole to be swallowed up inside! Very beautiful and majestic! A wall of moving ice! How powerful! Thank you for capturing every detail! What an ending - a smile and a sizzle!Blessings, Jojo
Thank you Curt and Snow for this SPECTACULAR video! Awesome video quality and thanks for sharing your journey with those who will probably never get there! Snow you amaze me!!!! Knee replacement and ticker blips DID NOT STOP from going FORWARD AND continuing your bucket-list journey! I loved that restaurant you scored and the food looked yummy! Nice atmosphere! Thanks again!
Wow, what an adventure! I think you were on the most interesting glacier of all, the blue colours are impossible to describe and I’m sure it was even more spectacular in person! How lucky, and deserving, are you, to have the primo parking spot, the entertainment and fabulous looking food! Cheers! 💕🇨🇦
OMG, I had to fast forward and skip most of the glacier hike. This was THE most terrifying video you've ever made. Watching you step beside and over crevasses, and watching the guide "walk on water," I couldn't even stand it - I was screaming. And then you put the scary horror movie music in the background. Gorgeous scenery, but to know that all of you people were actually standing onthe brink of death was too much abject terror. 🥶
Wow... fantastic. Reminds me about when I walked on glacier in Norway 35years ago. I am surpriced that you were not in a rope. Back when I went we were in a rope about 10m apart. Incase ice would brake and somone fall in.. we could pull them out into safety. I think it was crazy you did not have any safety. No ropes as I could see... But very beautiful...glad it went well
Beautiful blue ice 🧊Curt’s face was frozen in his big smile! What a cool hike!! Ya know Chile has had a 5.9 (6.0) earthquake in the last 24 hours so be careful where you go and no rock tunnels… Peru and Panama have also had recent earthquakes of 5.0 and larger. But what a beautiful place!! Blessings….
Hari OM Fantabuloso!!! I really enjoyed the natural soundtrack for the glacier walk, Curt, really took us there with you. Just an incredible place... and OMG that platter at the end!!! I hope the kitties scored a morself or 87 🤗 YAM xx
I would never have known the beauty of this place had you not explored it and given up the gift of your experiences. Finding that restaurant with great entertainment was a bonus ❤
How fun!! Excellent video, thank you so much for all the extra time and effort it takes to do this for all of us. Continued good health and beautiful adventures dear Snow and Curt🙏🙏🙏🙏👏🏻👏🏻🤗🤗
Really glad you two got to see perito moreno....I loved El Calafate...strangely remined me of parts of Colorado. From your first possible map out of Ushuaia I thought you might have passed it by! Like the wind? haha... Really wish I could post a photo from the menu at my hotel there...the translations were hilarious. Be safe!
That was so beautiful. I could only imagine in person how beautiful!!! Thank both of you for taking us along on your amazing adventures! God bless yall
Hi, Thank you for show me your dialy trip. As sit in my front room have a good cuo of tea, Think about you family. From the Glendenning family Kitchener Ontario Casnada
An extraordinary and magnificent beauty can only be created by a super almighty powerful creator, God, the creator . It doesn’t matter what mentality or faith or philosophical thought you have, the conclusion goes back to God. And I’m glad you felt so meek and little in front of a wonderful beauty like this, because I would be in my knees admiring this part of His creation. Your lives have become richer and fulfilled.
I wonder what the Temp was on the land looking at the Glacier and then the Temp ON the glacier? Ice AGE trekking!! Curt, your Guides were amazing and knowledgeable! So close to such DEEP fissures in the Glacier! The drink using Ancient, Ancient ice! All to amazing to really not feel the impact of this wonderful Earth.
WoooHOOOOO!!!! What an Adventure!!! Man, those icebergs were so hypnotic, I felt like I was right there with you Curt!!! and I'm so glad to know that we still have at least One iceberg that's still growing!! ... and the view from Snow's POV was absolutely Breathtaking!!! ... The dancing at the restaurant, and all that food, wow! What A Day in the Life of Snow & Curt!!! ... Great Episode! so glad & honored to share these moments with you and my fb buddies!! ... perseverance furthers!! 😺💜 ... Oh, are those black lines and areas in the icebergs because of pollution?
not pollution.... dirt and minerals scraped up as it grew over the years and scrathed along the underlying ground before being pushed up by the growth.
Snow, you look so well and pretty! The white in your hair suits you and your unique name!🥰 Oh! 👀Is that Curt in gaucho attire and boots, dancing round the whiskey bottle?! lol!
👍🤩💝Since I researched it, I felt like sharing this info. I’m such a nerd.😂😆 💡Glacier ice is blue because the red (long wavelengths) part of white light is absorbed by ice and the blue (short wavelengths) light is transmitted and scattered. The longer the path light travels in ice, the more blue it appears. 💡Blue is the color of pure glacier ice, compact with few air bubbles, since the air is squeezed out from the weight of the ice. Pure ice has the properties of minerals. Like sapphires, glacial ice reflects the blue colors of the light spectrum, so beautiful blue color reaches our eyes. 💡When ice crystals in a glacier get compressed beneath its own weight for hundreds of years or even more, the air inside them bubbles out. In the process, the ice crystals enlarge, creating blue ice. Often, you see a large expanse of glistening, transparent and crystalline ice resembling a deep blue quartz crystal. 💡When the iceberg is underwater, the air bubbles are squeezed out and washed away. Then, when light encounters the dense, compressed ice, much of the light penetrates it. The ice absorbs longer wavelengths of colors, such as red and yellow. Colors of shorter wavelengths, like green and blue, reflect the light.
The blue of those rivulets and tunnels!! That blue is such a beautiful, beautiful shade. Thanks for showing us! No birds or creatures live in this area?
Your comida looked epic! But truthfully, Curt - you did SO well cinematographically, capturing all the various shades of blue-turquoise-silver-white in the glacier. What an unforgettable experience. And Snow - lookin' good, girl!
