As long as it lets you download it onto PS4, they can work on realms I believe it works when the host is on PC and adds addons to the realm forcing the other players to download it in order to join the realm

You should teach people about the resource pack for bedrock that lets you see all villager trades before you level them up :) it’s super useful

I'm assuming this doesn't work for lanterns and the other torch variants?
I don’t think this addon works for the lanterns because when I tried using them it didn’t give off the dynamic lightning

Yes you can add this to realms and you can force it so all other members can get the add on too
