Well, actually I too should be writing these tricks down - because I quite often have to go back and try and find one of my own tutorials in order to remember how to do something!
I appreciated the quickness of the fast version, fwiw... What about a touch of branding sauce or similar to convey the expected target audience? IMO you should post the videos that you want to make. You are exercising ruthless judgement all the time, why should video editing get a pass? ;)

It depends if you want the letters to roll over with the cubes or simply track along with them without rolling ...
