TSLA is mostly a car company right now with potential for more. They need to change that potential into profit. I am still adding SOFI below $7.50. I don't trade often, but traded a little after the last earnings.

FSD and Optimus are future in my opinion. It’s the natural progression of humanity, self driving cars and robots. Who knows when these endeavors will become profitable but when they do it’ll be a smash hit. They will only get better over time

Very helpful especially in this tough market…. i alway enjoy chart day- i never fail to come away with a new helpful insight on a stock i am considering buying or adding to my position-and trying to get the edge in a possible best entry price… also, I often use chart day for ideas at what might be a better price to sell or trim positions …keep up the great work-FUW and the community has made me a much better ; more patient and successful investor

Thanks Eric! I started nibbling on TSLA again once it got below $180. I'm extremely bullish on PLTR, and I would like to buy more shares, but I will wait on a significant pullback before doing so. I have a decent position in SOFI, and I tend to buy additional shares when it reaches the low 7s.

I'd be okay with settling inflation down to 2%, but I wouldn't try to crash the economy to get there. I believe getting inflation from 2.9% to 2.0% is going to be harder than it was to go from 5.9% to 2.9%

excellent video Eric, better to go slowly, step by step, in reducing cut rates. All these stocks will cool down and when they get to new low highs again is time to DCA. AMD is a hype going off of Nvidia AI. AMD had 3 consecutive terrible earnings but stock went up over 130%. Nvidia on the other hand had 5 consecutive A+++++ earnings with over 700% yoy growth. I see AMD crashing after earnings since P/E is over 300.

I was looking at SoFi in the late summer, and decided to pass. The decision was based, kind of/in part to what you mentioned, Eric: the Street's lack of consensus on what kind of business it is. Also, a few of the reports I'd read at the time referred to the Street feeling their business model really didn't have a very wide moat; that the Fin-Tech component wasn't something that couldn't be closely replicated by the big banks.
Great comment, thank you. I do like SOFI long term, but these are the struggles. Plus it was a SPAC which has horrible sentiment.

TSLA is a company using EV to fund their AI projects such as FSD and Robotics projects. They also have multi channels of revenue growing under electric charging and servicing. I would watch how their scalability & demand for Cyber Truck perform in the upcoming quarters.

Of the 7 Magnificient stocks, TSLA is the only one that didn't shine recently, although it recovered quite a bit in 2023 from where it started. 2024 will be another year of accumulating TSLA stock as long term there is no other profitable EV maker (except BYD- China).
Makes sense. 2025 could be a good year for TSLA stock. 👍
actually found out about sofi through word of mouth, i have the customer side experience that isnt tainted with stock bias. I switched over completely from BOA and ive been buying sofi up like its goin out of style. Im so green on sofi for the next 5 years. it has the ability to disrupt modern banking. SOFI is such a good experience, that i was surprised that everyone i tell about it has no idea what it is! The only thing holding it back is publicity!! maybe they are going to offer users bonuses for switching direct deposits over? maybe this was their whole thing about these senior notes?

SPRX has expense ratio of 0.75%. I think there are better funds out there that offer similar return (if not higher) at lower expense ratio.

2%. While the housing market is constrained on supply and lower rates may elevate that stress by bringing more supply on the market from people selling existing homes. There is no guarantee that new supply just won't bring in more buyers and then inflation does not come down. The Fed can not allow inflation expectations to become unanchored and lose cred. In the long run, the US economy depends on the fed being able to maintain control over inflation.

Could it be that Nvidia will rise already during this week because wall street knows that next week Nvidia will definitely ( Probably!) rise, so now you can likely get Nvidia in a cheaper price? Next week is very big week for all the AI companies. Nvidias Ai meeting starting on monday 18.

We use DCA when we buy. It works great. Like the video says, it could go to $100 and I wouldn’t be shocked. You will never time a bottom perfectly.

I've bought PLNTR, SoFi, and Nu. Nothing significant. Around $2.5 k total. I definitely bouth them on the higher end but im going to hang on and ride it out. It has been an absolute lesson. I will not be buying stocks like this at a premium price.

AMD partnered with Intel and Microsoft apparently, and their new chip will be more affordable than Nvidia.
NVDA is still the leader hands down and is 2 steps ahead for now. I own both long as top positions in my portfolio. 👽✌️

Tesla is a car company until it produces meaningful revenue from something not car related.
If you invest this way, can you outperform the market? In other words, once a story is baked out, are you able to capitalize on the biggest returns?
You have to skate to the puck but yes there needs to be some kind of puck on the ice. For tsla I would say their solar panels, robots, and their self driving/charging networks that other car manufacturers are adopting are all pucks on the ice.

You don’t have to swing at every pitch. We definitely agree on that. I study hundreds of companies and buy stocks in very few.
My question is still unanswered though. It’s very hard to outperform if you are only buying stories that have baked out. We use a blueprint approach that hedges risk with a variety of stocks and concentrations. 👽✌️

Well this comes across a bit confrontational. Still I will respond and say that Eric uses his own portfolio as a basis for what He is doing. So his price targets are going to be different than yours or mine. I for one am part of this community because it is not about telling what to buy and when. Rarely is there ever a pound the table moment. Also he said out of these he is buying one, so maybe you can buy that one?
