- Lockdown. Getting lazier day by day. Hating yourself for not doing anything productive??? I know exactly how that is. But through this video, I want to show you guys that it’s possible to utilize those hours to do something you’ll feel good about at the end of the day.
However, being productive doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, effort and patience. But you will realize your potential when you'll give it a try.
Planning a day will be different for everyone and here I’m showing what works for me but it doesn’t necessarily mean it will work for you... experiment and find out!

yes... they are okay... can still hear background noise if its really loud... i just use cotton balls if i need an extra layer of noise blocking.

Whoa!! Never tried that long... skipping is just like a warmup for me before my core exercises... so I don’t do longer than 15mins... but kudos to you!! That’s impressive.

Physical Workout should not be done after regular meal... atleast 2 hr gap should be Given after regular meal...
that's my normal workout schedule since before corona and i do it after 1 hour of having lunch...
