I have just one small suggestion for future videos on the venous system: when discussing the function of these vessels, it might be more accurate to say that they *"drain" certain structures* rather than "supply" them with blood. That being said, you did an amazing job explaining the veins of the head and neck quickly and clearly in this video. Keep up the fantastic work!

I agree. Learning it in the direction it flows is so much harder. I prefer learning it from the heart, then once I know it, I can identify them in the flow.

Quick question: you said the vein would receive and drain blood, but when describing the veins and where they go, you kept saying supply. Is this a minor error or its correct in the sense that they drain blood but still supply that structure?
Hello! They definetly mostly drain. Veins do contain some residual oxygen which could potentially supply, but their wall is too thick for diffusion. They just drain the blood from capillaries within an area and bring them back to the heart. It's a wording mistake from my side here. I had recorded an artery video just before this so I was used to saying supply😅 apologize for this! Hope you found the video helpful nevertheless 💪🏽
