    Questions for you and Meghan: What factors are taken into consideration when determining personalized macros goals? Is there any testing involved, e.g., blood work? How often do you meet with clients? Looking forward to the video fo you two together!

    A couple questions I have would be what macros calculator she recommends (I use Lifesum because I find my fitness pal doesn’t allow for much changing of grams etc but maybe that’s just me😂) and how to actually know what amount of calories you should be eating to maintain and lose (like are the online macros calculators accurate?)
