Frohe Weihnachten, Anna. Ich hoffe, Deine Migräne ist mittlerweile verschwunden. Ich wünsche Dir und Deinen Lieben wundervolle Festtage.

Merry Christmas, Anna. I hope your migraine has disappeared by now. I wish you and your loved ones a wonderful holiday season.
Anna, you are an old soul, and I so appreciate your traditional values and sweet spirit. You are wise beyond your years. Merry Christmas🎄.
We watched the 1984 Christmas carol for the first time this year and absolutely loved it! I have been doing tons of Christmas baking, but no pudding!
I agree about little things being so much sweeter before the internet. When David and i got married we were gifted several people's favorite "family" recipes. ... i still have them in a little box. Now people don't need recipes because we all just google for what we are looking for.
I agree with you Anna. We give up a lot with technology but I guess we also gain. You r such a good homemaker
Merry Christmas! I agree with the anticipation of beautiful things. I have been enjoying amaryllis flower bulbs for years. The leaves then the flower stalk grow quickly and is exciting. Even though we have pictures or have seen that same color bloom before. I have bulbs that grew another flower stalk many months later. You could be watching for a stalk and another day it is there and an inch tall. Though the flowers are huge and spectacular, lately as I watch for a flower stalk, I think the anticipation rivals the flower itself.
I love that pillow cover ❤
I hope you enjoy your Christmas pudding ~ I’ve never had it, maybe next year I will try it. Your mitered square project is looking very pretty! 🎄Merry Christmas 🎄
Wow, there sure is a long list of ingredients for the Christmas pudding. I have to admit that I am intrigued now and just might try this next year. Good luck with your pillow knitting. It looks so so beautiful and I hope 🤞 that you can finish for Christmas. Great idea to save the weaving of ends until later. Thanks for your insight into the internet and phones. I must admit I love the internet and would feel very lonely if not for the interactions I have with people like you. But my phone is really for calls, photos and What's App messages.
Good Morning Anna, that was another good vlogmas. Your pudding will be delicious I am sure. I have made four puddings this year one each for my daughters and one for myself. It is an old recipes I use from my husband's grandmother, always so lovely . Most of my Christmas prep done , Mass tonight and then again on Christmas Eve , it is such a wonderful time. x
We made our traditional pudding 6 weeks ago - hanging wrapped in muslin. Grandmothers recipe. They taste better the longer you make them before Christmas. You need a non-thermo mix recipe ( for me using a thermomix is like using the internet 😂 but I still use the internet) 😀
Viel Spaß beim backen Gesegnetes Fest
I totally agree with what you said about using the internet. The art of conversation is almost lost.
Is there an english version of the sock knitting advent book that you show
Good morning do you have a video on how to make the pillow cover be blessed
May I suggest you use your bullet journal to make your Christmas pudding in October next year?! It's much better stored for a couple of months before you re-steam it on Christmas Day :)
Also, I feel really strongly that our phones should be a useful tool and we shouldn't be a slave to them or social media...
But how should I store it? In the fridge? It is a quite wet „cake“ doesn’t it get moldy?
@annaknitter hi have a look at ' stir up Sunday ' online. We traditionally make our puddings on the last Sunday before advent begins. There are also tips on storing it.
@@annaknitterthe alcohol preserves it and there shouldn’t be anything it to make it go “off”. Store it in the pudding basin at the back of the fridge if you would like. We wrap it in muslin and hang it from the ceiling in our storage room - dark and cool. Garage will do.
@@traceymandlik2793 I will google and research about it. I make it without the alcohol and burning thing at the end. So I will have to see if it still works that way. I am very curious how it tastes because it’s sooo delicious already now. 🥰
