Yes, I heard stories that during the last weeks (in June 2015) some Drones in Pattaya got conciscatd from the Police. There are rumors in several Forums that we need now a licence to fly and some Drone Shops are selling this licence (!). But wherever official you ask, nobody knows anything about new laws...! I hope this situation gets more clear soon!
