    This has been incredibly helpful to me. I’ve been having what I call my episodes for about 9 months now. Usually about every 3 to 4 weeks I’ll have one. Sometimes it lasts for about a minute, other times 10 minutes where I’ll actually get sick to my stomach. I just have to go to the ground immediately because I’m so dizzy. I haven’t been diagnosed so I have to find someone in my area to help me with that.
