8 months ago I was in Gambia and I had first hand knowledge of how tasty the milk your cows produce is. I used to buy the fresh milk from a Lady at the Turntable in Burusubi and boy I always used to look forwards to it.
Inshaa ALLAH when I am next in the Gambia i will love to meet you in your farm. Keep up the good work and may ALLAH ta ala help your business to expand and continue to provide quality milk and value for money for all milk lovers.
Greetings from Kenya. I stumbled upon this video when searching for dairy farming in africa. I commend the brother for his work and may he prosper. I do think,though, that Holstein and Montbelliard cows cannot handle the heat in Gambia. They will thrive in East African highlands region and not west Africa. He should try jersey cows which are good producers too, smaller and feed much less.
What are you talking about the Holstein and Montbelliard can't handle the heat there and it's already there? Have you ever been to the Gambia to compare it to Kenya? Let all of Africa try and thrive. Africans are always talking about why their countries are the best at everything. This video is about the Gambia and not Kenya. It's very off-putting to mention Kenya in this video. It's like seeing your brother do this and telling him you do it better. It's annoying.

I think that is the problem of africa everyone ones to be president to be rich and not to help the citizenry
You see that that's is the point they keep writing proposal to international donor on behave of agriculturalists but the funds will struggle to reach the people it was intended for. No wonder people like me left all to look for better place to make ends meet, even though regime change in 2016 but system remains the same.

I know bro, that is when government comes in with an aid package either a loan or grant. Equally this could be a future project, in some years to come by investing some percentage of the proceeds back to making one's feed, I am commenting because I like agriculture like fishing, animal husbandry, poultry and crop cultivation.
