I’ve watched eight videos so far and the one thing I’ve realized was, she has never once complained! What an amazing person, with all the work hardships, bad weather and changes of schedules! It gives me hope for the future, to see how working youngsters like her!
Just a piece of advice driving in snow. After you stop for the night and you’ve been driving in snow. Leave your trailer brakes released and after 10 minutes drive forward about 3 feet. This gives your tires and brakes time to cool off and less likely to freeze to the ground. The longer you wait to pull forward after you stop the better
I think it’s drives freezed up, that’s why it had jerk while she was driving forward, if it was trailer freezed up it might just sliding won’t break free itself.
I made that mistake once. I was in South Dakota and the snow was deep. My trailer brakes froze and, in the morning, I took off. The lot was icy so there wasn't any noticeable resistance. I made it almost a mile down the road before my tires exploded from being dragged. As I waited on the side of the highway for the repairman my fuel jelled up because the temp dropped to like -20 lol. It was a bad day. After that I made sure I smacked the brakes, and I would circle the lot once to verify the wheels were spinning and I used diesel treatment religiously.
I’ve never been more proud of a complete stranger before! You did such a great job with all that snow and ice. 😊 I may be watching this in my nice warm home, but a couple times I held my breath if you were going to make it 😜
You're right, it isn't! I drove long-haul for about a year and a half and it was stressful work for very low pay (~$0.35 per mile). 你说得对，不是！我开了大约一年半的长途车，工作压力很大，工资却很低（每英里约 0.35 美元）。

Honestly this is so cool to see because when I talk about doing any type of work that is usually done by men I get told that it’s not for me as a woman since we’re incapable of doing what men do but this clearly shows something different than that and it makes me so happy for you 😭I’m very impressed with your work and the way you handle yourself in such hard conditions I wish for nothing but success for you girly😇
No one has ever said trucking was only for men. It's more dangerous for women being alone on long hauls. But It's more that most women just don't want to do jobs men do. Kind of like how most men don't want to do jobs women usually do, like nursing home, daycare, etc. In my experience, only other women have ever told me I can't do a man's job. And usually, they were right. I didn't like any of them. Some of them I just couldn't do everything required of me and embarrassed myself lol
Yes. Its' cool and all but what we scare is when some thing bad happens, you could be alone and helpless agains those bad guys. Like this girl Yvette, things could turn pretty bad if some creepy guy see her walking alone around gas station and decide to stalk her truck.

Ive been trucking over 30yrs and I still dont get used driving in the snow for me snow is EVIL 4 letter word when it comes to driving on it but if you take your time and not drive faster than the conditions you will be fine !

Even maxi pads are sometimes called relative pads 亲戚巾, but it would be explicitly “tongue in cheek”. 卫生巾 ， sanitary pad is much more common when purchasing or discussing seriously
my dads a trucker and has been for the last ten years and while the hours suck (he works nights only) the pay is good and he likes the solidarity it gives lol hes always telling me he sees young girls like me trucking but i never really believed it until now :,) u make it look like such a cute lil girly girl job but i can only imagine how hard it is some days, big ups to u!

I could feel your anxiety when you were faced with the poor weather conditions. My first time on the road alone in poor weather I felt the same too. Your common sense prevailed and you used good judgement in your assessment of the conditions. Something a professional Driver should do. Well done.

Do not use the heater up to windshield, if is snowing a lot.it will create ice, make towards your feet so the snow do not melt and the wipers will not ice.

Had my brakes froze up once at a truck stop. Just crawl under the trailer, bang on the brake pads with a hammer. That released the brakes.

我是萨省的一名Super B司机，我的车头是2020 volvo 740，GVWR 是63吨，我也经历了上个星期的冰雪路面，由于后桥差速器的工作特性，在非常滑的冰雪路面上急收油门时车头会向左甩尾，这种情况在满载时更明显，挺吓人的，我把engine break一直放在第三档，这样能缓解甩尾（这样油耗会高一点点，但为了安全多出来的油耗也就无所谓了），上长坡时用M档手动选择挡位让发动机保持在1700RPM以上，绝对不能让车停在冰雪路面爬坡的中途，否则随之而来的是上千块的拖车账单，冰雪路面驾驶对司机的精力和体力消耗巨大，切勿赶路，祝你一切顺利。

心态很重要，喜欢就不觉得累。
華盛頓州有些grocery warehouse下雪天甚至下凍雨天都要求司機on time delivery. 司機遲到還要被罰款。
真的好厉害！我拉travel trailer都很紧张。一个小姑娘开着加长大货风里来雨里去，佩服佩服！
