Your neighbors are very blessed! As a bonus, they’ve you and Ness as their neighbors!
OMG, what an awesome and smart house. Congratulations Casa Vi👏👏👏Thank you James for your videos.
Kudos to the the team of Caribbean Construction and their attention to details.
Very nice house- got some ideas for my future build.. thanks guys for sharing with us
Their house is beautiful! So glad they allowed you to record the build...Great job capturing the process, James...Wish you and Ness a super week!
👍😎👍
Beautiful home, good job on the series James
The pop-up toilet seat reminds me of the old (and I am old) movie "No Time for Sergeants". Andy Griffith's character is assigned latrine duty, and he rigs all the toilet seats to pop to attention when the CO enters.
This place is just over the top ! How cool is that place? So fine!
Wow! What a beautiful home. When the build started it was kinda hard to visualise the end result, but boy that house really ticks the boxes. If we build the construction team are definitely going to get a call. Wish your new neighbours all the best in their new piece of paradise. Stay safe 👍🏻
Wow amazing build, feels like the house is in Canada! They will definitely feel justl like at home!
Just gorgeous. Can’t think of anything else to say. Gorgeous.
Woohoo!
Nice house! Thanks for sharing!
I really lije this single story all concrete design of ground level
James this is Kerry and Elisa from Atlanta Ga. As with other viewers great job recording each step of your neighbor's new home built. We are following your example and hopefully 5 years from now (2027) we will be financially ready to build our dream home in general santos. So thanks for the inspiration that you and Ness have showed. I pray one day I can shake your hand.
Good luck with your retirement dream! Looking forward to shaking your hand too! ~jaMes & Ness
I just arrived last Jul 28. I am hoping to drop by sometime. We'll be here until Aug 22. Have a good day.
Hi Nelson, please stop by when you can. Send me an email at mypidream@gmail.com to let me know when you'll be in Lipa so we can coordinate.
More house construction videos please.
That is a bueitiful home.
They did a nice job. Now you have a neighbor.
Your future neighbors have a great new house to move into. Thanks to you for showing us the building of the house. Great video again James.
Very nice home. Thanks to you and to the Canadian homeowners for showing us the final outcome of their beautiful home.
great job of the total build awesome house he built great to have garden and citrus trees
Love that pantry
Thank you James for doing a fabulous job vlogging your neighbor's house. It help us a lot for our future plan to build and retire in the Philippines.
What an amazing build chronology. The pictures speak volumes of your ability to tell a story from ground up. So detailed, so accurate and highly informative. This could be one of the best Build data's available online today.👍👍👍 #Builds #MyPIDream #JamesTanner #AmazingHomeBuilds
Wow that went fast!
Absolutely gorgeous home with all facilitation needed. I'd be proud.
Wow 🤩
Main server inside the office is great
Kitchen sink in aisle is very nice ith a lot of counter top
Beautiful house. Can’t wait to visit you guys next month. Going to check the lot near by you guys.
Very modern look .love the inviting Toto WC..I bet that is one of the best built houses in the subdivision! I see he has a giant Milwaukee tool box, banana trees grow like weeds. I know its rainy season there, I wonder if the creek in the backyard fills up would have like to see a drone shot , does the creek fill up in the wet season?
The creek only starts about 1km north of our subdivision so it doesn't hold water for long after a good rain. I'd capture it with the drone but it's like a jungle outside the perimeter wall and I'm afraid the drone will hit a tree and be lost.
Love the construction process, learn so much from Villa Feliz to your Canadian neighbors. I also appreciate the solar series, I have used the valuable information you have provided to help build our own home in South Cotabato. Keep up the good work!!
can't wait to retire to the Philippines
Love the new build series, especially since I will be building in 2023, we just have to decide on which property
Congrats Joe! Welcome to the New Home Build Series and your ticket to a happy retirement!
@@MyPIDream I have been retired since 2010 I have enjoyed both the ranch & farm, we have a family business that enabled us to buy the ranch and the farm was willed to me by my grandfather. I am not ready to let my children take care of our assets
That's a nice modern home and beautifully finished.
Always love watching your new home build series. 🫶🏼
Hi James, thank you for showing the final results of the house. Very nice house and pretty well built. But I still like the layout of your house and your beautiful yard and swimming pool. We are retired and seriously thinking of moving to Phil. I like your subdivision place and location. I wish I can get some ideas how much it would cost to build a home like yours and get similar yard. Thanks again for sharing.
We built in 2017 and per sqm costs were around P18k-P25k at the time. As of today, P25k would be the very low end per sqm to build a house and it goes up to P40k+ now. So in short, our build would probably cost around P20m to build now.
Always a great informative tour by our excellent host…. Thank you James. 👏🏻👏🏻
Great looking design. Thanks again James for the step by step build on this house can't wait for the next.. Danial and Marivic
James love the new build episodes and Solar. They are so interesting plus I’m learning from everything you show. Keep up the great work.
a very nice house maybe it is typhoon.proof house.
I think the most typhoon build in our subdivision for sure.
Stunningly beautiful house love the colours. What happened to the other build down the hill from your house with the English man was it Dave in charge ?
I think David is still building and still fixing things on both the houses down the road. I don't have any updates to share on those builds.
Beautiful house! Great content! I miss the Philippines coming back on my leave very soon!!! Cannot wait!
Magandang gabi James and Ness😊😊
Magandang gabi. You're a day an a half early...LOL! I guess better early than late for the party 🥳
@@MyPIDream You are correct!😂
James that central cassette is a 3-ton (36,000 btu) ductless. 😁
❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much for sharing that was a awesome build the house came out gorgeous what alot of work I love watching these type of videos the solar build is first class all the way it just amazing on how fast tech advances I built my solar three or four years ago and the top tier panels were in the 350 watt range now its 500 watts in the same footprints nice thanks again
Awesome job James, another great video. Romeo and his team do amazing work. The video on solar about made my head explode, so much information. Keep up the wonderful videos.
Hi James Hi Ness: James thanks for the detailed walk-through of your neighbors build . I can now finish my Archviz 3D model visualization of the home , it looks very nice . love the waterfall edge countertop in the kitchen and the master bathroom layout . You have done a wonderful job presenting this build . It was a joy to watch the transformation. Thank you.... on to the next project. You got me waiting with itchy mouse clicks to see what's next.😊😊😊😊😊
Nice! Thanks for sharing
I love the LP gas tanks.. It's to bad they don't have the 500 gallon big tanks that only need filling by trucks once a year or so. That would be nice in like Baguio area for heating a home also.
Good morning sweet couple
How are you ?
Again, thanks for the whole build series James. Always lots of good info. The builder did a fantastic job of constructing this home.
I’m super stoked for your neighbors and their new home.
All that being said, and everyone has their own likes, and me having an architectural background, this is one of worst floor plan designs I’ve ever seen (but that’s just me) sorry. 🤨
There’s really no good flow through the house and seems to not be taking full advantage of the buildings space. 🧐
Other than my detailed complaints I would use This contractor in a heartbeat to construct my own house. Very good craftsmanship.
Blessings to your new neighbors. What a great achievement. 🙏
It seems the guy wants some total privacy u can see it on em
@@packohub1145 privacy ? Showing your whole house build on RUclips ? It’s custom design and build for them and she looks happy. She could have it built in the same community for a lot less but money was no object . The architect probably just went with their client idea and not give their own interpretation of the ideas the client gives. First class construction but architecturally , warehouse with windows
@@FatboySE103 I'm talking to the guy owner the husband
Wow!!! may I know the lot area of the house James???always a good job!!!!
Their lot is 736 sqm. Thanks!
That's a great quality build. That house will last forever. Wondering how much that construction cost of the house?
Wild guess is 15M?
Very nice house. I wonder how much it cost them to purchase the land and to build the beautiful house... Thanks for sharing this video.
I don't know how much they spent for the build but the lot sold for around P3.5m.
@@MyPIDream thanks for the info. Is this located in gated community Lipa City Batangas; correct?
Yes, this is a gated community.
@@MyPIDream thank you much.
Hi James, we like you showing us this kind of video! We are kinda thinking about buying a property in P.I. Do you know any residential lots for sale in your area? Do you have a trusted broken/agent that you can recommend? Thanks, have a good one!
Hi Abe. Please email me at mypidream@gmail.com and I'll pass along the info. Thanks!
My Filipina took out a loan just to make me a bthroom there. Toilet had a budet? I am kinda too old school and a bit crocidile dundee to even know how to use it hahaah
I find it good that the country is really getting innovative. As proof by this video.
Hi. How much would you roughly estimate a house build like that would cost? Just the house build estimate not including the lot.. Thanks Jimmi for capturing a nice house build.
Best educated guess would be P12m+.
@@MyPIDream 10+ M for the ground work and foundation and retaining walls and pool. House including solar 6 M +. Resale value ? Anything is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay. For the space they’ve got ? It’s their forever home. She looks happy so all is good
Nice vidoe borther but that mane not spiking with every body to give report for that hous
Hello James, just a bit off topic but I just wanted to find out what type of water filtration system you are using. I just retired here in PI and wanted to get some idea of what type of system to install at my house. Thanks and have a great day.
We have it in one of the Villa Feliz episodes but in case you can't find it we have a 3 stage filter system. Sediment, water softener and carbon. You can get them at ACE or any big box store like Wilcon.
@@MyPIDream Thanks James.
I would imagine a maids room unless the sister is going to be doing more helping while they are busy.
How much did your Canadian neighbor spend for their beautiful house? I enjoye the tour, thank you.
He never told me and I never asked. I'm guessing P14m+ based on the level of effort for that build.
Beautiful Home what was the cost of your neighbors build and and of your house...?
They haven't shared costs with me. Maybe later if they wish to.
About a tiny fraction what that house would be in Toronto or the GTA, James neighbors come from Ontario where most houses now are over $1 million Canadian , Pools are extra
Very Nice house, thanks for sharing with us. I have a question. I would like to live in an area where there are at least some expats so I have someone other than my wife I can have confersations with. We will only be there for just under 6 months at a time so i need a secure area and I don't want to build as it takes to long for our sceduale. Is it possible to find something like I described for 6 to 7 million pesos? Single level Home. We are in Alberta Canada.
Pricing varies from location and size (quality) of the house and lot. If you email me at mypidream@gmail.com I can put you in contact with a reputable broker who can help you find a property based on your desires and budget.
Nice house a little to rich for my blood though.
Hi mr.james
Do you have the link of the pop up outlet. Plan to buy. Can u tell us how much. Thank you.
blueshark.en.alibaba.com
🥰
How much cost of the house?
Owner's haven't shared that with me.
James, I may be wrong right now, but do the camera make you look bigger, or am I noticing a pot-belly being formed or is just fluid??? hehehe
My wife says I'm "healthy". Leaving it at that...😳
Maybe James like leftovers, like me😛
How much did the build cost?
The Canadian couple haven't shared that. An educated guess would be P12m+.
@@MyPIDream ok seems right. We are building in santo tomas
It was designed for them and she appears happy. Craftsmanship looks first class , design is not for me. Doors and hallways are just too narrow for my taste. Bathrooms are also first rate just the lay out is not my taste. It’s has an industrial feel to the house.
You must have some classy industrial buildings around you LOL.
We have house that look like this in Toronto and near Edward's Garden and other places they start around 3-4 million dollars
JAMES! Please could you send me an E mail on prices for lots and houses like ur canadian neighbor. U have my email right...?
Don't think I have your email. You can email me at mypidream@gmail.com.
