Just keep on playing it like that slower, just the fastest you really can while sustaining the same pace and volume/attack. And focus on alternating fingers EVERYTIME even when you jump strings. That in the long run would let you play even faster things and licks. Once you feel comfortable with that speed, bring it up a bit and repeat. If you have patience and consistency you gonna get there and faster too. PD: Arctic Monkeys bass player and most bass players in this style play these songs with a pick not the fingers hence the punchy snappy sound. But its still always nice to work on fingerplaying technique!
