I like her for him. U can see their dynamic from the interview. She let's him talk and command the interview but if she hears him misspeak or get too excited, she encourages him back to the middle. She can not rule him but he will listen to her.

This interview should be a lesson to upcoming talent to let them know proper management is of the utmost importance. And also how you have to learn to negotiate on your own behalf. First off not because someone see your talent mean they always have your best interest at heart. You as the individual need to make certain moves when it comes to career. But hopefully he gets proper management, make sure he plays an active role in his endorsement dealings whether it be promotions, shows and even how him records produce.
