Hap Cichlid Clears Corner Of Fish Tank

My Hap has started again, getting everyone out of that corner of the fish tank. This Livingstoni is very aggressive when in this mood. This one is a male and unfortunately doesn’t have a female counterpart. It has completely taken over this corner of the tank.
