This one's a beauty, perhaps a peak for this language, there are some great eight note lines, and the tone. Late 63 he was still playing his sba with a Tonemaster I think, which was a little sweeter to my ear than his vi with a Florida, whatever it's great, thanks.
Fantastic job! Haven't checked this album, it's always a pleasure to discover Coltrane live recordings that are new to me.
This isn’t really a John Coltrane solo, it’s an Elvin Jones solo. John gives him great backing but Elvin is absolutely killing it!
