Hi! We booked with Hispaniola Aquatic Adventures. We found them on Trip Advisor and they pick/drop you off at the lobby of the hotel (Riu Palace Punta Cana)
I believe they can pick you up at any punta Cana resort/hotel. At the booking page they ask from where you would like to get picked up from and it will be the same for drop off.
