Hi Roger, I believe the issue you are having with the Tee nuts at the front is because they need to be the Sliding Tee nuts, not just the Tee nuts. Different shape entirely.

Hi. What about the management of grease fittings?

    Great video sir.
    I have a question,
have you put any thought into cleaning bearing blocks prior to mounting them?
I noticed that yours also had some resistance when mounted, and were kind of skipping, when pushed along the rail..

Your suppose to clean out the bearing block with alcohol bath, then regrease them during assembly. He may have cleaned them out before filming.

It's great that you can fix it but if it was something that was not easy to fix don't think of this company as a typical non-responsive one. If you reach out by email you'll get a response ( provably fromfrom Marvin and tell them you have a problem they will take care of it. Unless something has changed since I ordered my 1515 at the end of 2022.
I'm enjoying your videos by the way, they are done at a nice slow pace for people.
Most of the YT assembly videos have the QueenAnt being put together with everything shot in a single long or sped-up video. Dividing it up will be helpful to people who piece to go step by step at a slower pace. Hopefully you will save them to a build playlist so the series will be easy to. You may have already done that, I haven't looked before suggesting.
