- With the release of new ACE SPEC cards in Pokemon TCG's Temporal Forces set, we get Maximum Belt, which might be what Blastoise ex was missing to help it become viable against some of the other top tier meta decks like Charizard ex!

Thanks for the video! Any tech inclusions that you recommend for the Blocklax matchup? Or do you just take the L there? I was thinking about adding Professor Turo's Scenario to give me one out, plus it's helpful when people try to two shot a Palkia or Blastoise EX (Assuming you can get enough energy acceleration on your bench attackers)
Also, I would consider dropping the Manaphy and adding Lost Vacuum. Unlike the Chien Pao deck, which pretty much forces you to put down two Frigibaxs, I found that I almost never need to put more than 1 Squirtle at a time in the early game.
I think a single Turo is a good idea, as long as you can manage your resources and don't let too many cards get placed on the bench. I like Manaphy to avoid the occasional 2-KO from Greninja.
if you bossed the iron crown at the end and killed it, unless he played another one he would'nt have killed you. he would have hit for 310
Iron Crown/Hands is why no water decks will do much in format. It's nearly impossible to beat with water.
I hope they bring back Weakness Policy
Its possible. I beat them often if i dont brick. The misstake in this matchup was you put maxbelt on toise. It needs to be on palkia to clearly knock hands. Balstoise does have this potential by itself.

I can see this as the occasional rogue deck, but probably not a top tier deck.
If you had bossed and killed the already damaged iron crown in the last match his arm press would've only done 310 (unless he had another iron crown or a boss to kill one of your benched mons)
Maxbelt on toise against futurehands is not good. In this matchup it needs to be on palkia. But gg

You can't KO Mew VMAX anymore because it no longer exists in Standard 😆
