Glad things are coming along. We are the same age but moved not retired. I work from home so that is how we made the move. My husband took a year off from work. To find the house which only took a month. He took a job this year as an electrician at seaworld. We were the same came down with one lease payment and that was all. Our lease we only had 6 months. So we did need to buy a new car. We paid off our other car before we left. I think the most expensive thing from the move was the POD.
