This was my very first nancy drew game!! Then I got hooked but stopped playing when I got older and moved from my friend who played with me. Now I just watch your playthroughs and mega marathons :) So thank you for that! :)
I love how he says 'don't recommend drinking alcohol while playing this game.' I think drinking alcohol and playing these games should be the next marathon! Turn it into a drinking game!
That's my thoughts. After hearing that I could imagine trying to drunk binge-play all the Nancy Drew games on a weekend and how fun it would be.

The hippo thing I looked into it, his new name is tucker and hes going to be a father soon, he even has a step daughter named fiona. Love your playthroughs they are awesome.
This was the first game I played and it holds a special place in my heart! Also I have that poem memorised somehow and I used to go around my primary school playground saying I seeee yooouuu…… yeah I am weird haha

I kinda like how you can use nighttime to snoop around, but not how quickly time passes in the game. thankfully nancy carries a pocket watch.
I have a theory. Charley sounds like Ned because he actually is Ned. Not only that but he looks quite similar to Ned from the River Heights mystery game. That is because he is Ned checking up on Nancy and sharing the mystery with her.
rewatching this a year later, and something primal awoke in me at 1:23:03. i paused before realizing why, hahahahha! my subconscious knew you were about to do a dramatic reading of the note.

Does the music in this one freak anyone else out? Like when I try to play it for myself the music always scares me and I have to stop for a bit. Also the part where the shadow walks across the door... I always have to take a second. Idk what it is about this game.

Fun fact: in my version of that game you can call to a number with using a keyboards keypad (just numbers does not work, for some reasons). Maybe localisation fix that... Don't know exactly. But, you can try ;)

Wait so Nancy gets caught snooping to actually learn answers and she's booted out yet Abby is over here able to probably give people heart attacks and spy on them through 2 way mirrors but she gets to stay. Nancy isn't in the right but that feels weird in its own way

No, completely coincidental. The Emily that Nancy can call in this game originally appeared in the books I believe.
Problem with the Bird Tile Puzzle, is that there are other identical inlays in the room that you should be able to look at, and use as a guide to finishing this one.
That puzzle reminds me of the white wolf of icicle creaks puzzle
