fantastic overview of NLP with valuable opinions about what works when. Super helpful to see such a comprehensive presentation for those of us- even those of us quite familiar with NLP- to benefit from. Like providing shelving to place the many disparate parts of NLP to clearly see and grab when we need it. . Really grateful.
"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler" -- This introduction is close, I think. The best one, I got. Great speaking stile. Thank You very much.
This is a great video!! Thank you for being unique and not just copying and pasting thoughts/language from others. I can tell you truly understand what you’re talking about and not just parroting.
and your explaination of anchoring is to some extent a remedial use of anchoring, in my whole the use of anchoring gives me the ability to test my work, also it puts me in control of when the client runs the pattern they are working with. For me anchoring is another core skill for an experienced practitioner. I know I am sounding negative, I do however think your presentations are excellent and again I thank you for it.
Wow, this video is incredible! 🤩 I'm so impressed with the amount of valuable information about NLP that you've packed into this video. It's like a crash course on the subject, and I couldn't be more grateful for it. 📚💡 The way you explained complex concepts in such a clear and concise manner is truly commendable. 👏 This video has definitely expanded my understanding of NLP and its applications. 💪 Thank you for sharing your expertise and making this topic so accessible and engaging. Can't wait to explore more of your content! Keep up the fantastic work!
Do you teach all these techniques in your personal projects? Do you believe that every time someone attempts to modify a technique in order to become more simple or comprehensive? Should be a limit otherwise becomes something different than NLP?
Any opinions on Bandlers approach. I watched him recently with Tony R. He seems to focus on bulldozing with sub modalities neg positive consequences etc .Something seems missing. I would not be open to the part much about the levitating hand crap and I may pretend to go along in the moment and not object. Afterwords I would probably think its BS. Many would outside of the seminar not be convinced because people there in the seminar actually believe in the religion of it. Bandler has no way to test or follow up.
I didn't watch the whole video but I think it comes down to the fact Bandler has already made a serious reputation decades ago. Today he's old, and he's got nothing to prove anymore, so he probably doesn't put as much effort in providing helpful tools as he used to when he was building proof and evidence for his techniques. I understand it might seem less efficient for people who only train with him or discover him these days and didn't experience what the "initial bandler" was like in the beginning...
interesting thank you. I am surpised at where the meta model comes in your presentation, would you not say that the meta model understanding is the very core of the whole model. In fact there would be no modelling of the therapists in the beginning? I would say if you know the meta model you could come up yourself with all the original patterns. Also, knowing the meta model is the KEY to being able to model others, it is the meta model that turns all our work into being generative, rather the remedial. The meta model gives me the tools to model the structure of the 'problem' state the client is presenting with.. a good video thank you..
I couldn't agree more and that's why I'm always disappointed to see how little attention my videos or courses about the meta model receive. That's why I used this sequence. Most people just want the "quick fix" that will solve stuff without them having to think. But if you DO take the time to think, then you realize the meta model is indeed the origin of every model of thinking, or can create new models of thinking in any field. But the RUclips algorithm has its own rules, and not everyone is really dedicated to learn NLP... That video is more a front line to get discovered, and then I can talk about more specific stuff in my "less famous" videos.
@@mindtitans damn was it an nlp copyright because I'd like to know because I'd like to go into RUclips some folks go to tiktok instead because it's slightly more free than RUclips rules wise they say RUclips is on the decline nonetheless man it is great to rediscover you again your sleight of mouth helped me when I used to pickup ladies so thanks man thanks
