Hi Debbie! I saw your video yesterday and I made this into muffins. They are so good! Thank you for the idea. It was easy and I already had the ingredients on hand. Using this same concept I used a spice cake mix, apple sauce, walnuts and craisins for an apple spice muffin. It is delicious too! Terri Gossett
