One strange autumn evening in 1999 I ended up paying a bouncer £100 to let me and my mate in as we got there late and it was absolutely packed, no more people allowed in through the doors. Fortunately the bouncer agreed to our cheeky back hander..🤣 💸 Double dropped as soon as we hit the dancefloor - PVD was doing one of his epic 6 hour sets what a a night it was. Best £100 I spent as I ended up getting in free most weekends after that as I became friends with the doormen lol. 99 - 02 never missed a night! Itwillalwaysbewithyou 👌🏻

I always thought the design of this place was superb, I had the last truly banging night out of my house/club era there at the August bank holiday Sunday do in 1996 (I forget who promoted it) before all the scary shit started happening to a friend of mine and we had to stop going out. It was a shame they had to burn it down rather than sell it.

Saw picotto do a 6 hour set there and went to a red and black night. Best club I've been to in the UK.
