There is a very large country near Russia that is enticing the Brazilian government to work with their companies instead of "freedom of speech" companies. Qianfan, also known as the "Thousand Sails" constellation or G60, is a version of Starlink. Don't think they wouldn't have any problem blocking (censoring) speech in Brazil. This other country wants Brazil to work with them in the future. Brazil is the 10th largest economy in the world and only 2nd to the US in North and South America. Hey J, would you reconsider your stance on the lunar landing since Polaris Dawn proved that people can survive the Van Allen belt? They basically lived in it for 4 days where the Apollo missions flew through it in less than a day. Also, look into the retroreflectors left on the moon for people to shoot lasers at and get a signal back proving that there's a man made object there.

When we started our Starlink service last year we had what amounted to a static IP address, but within a few months I noticed the address was changing every few days. Isn't this the same thing as dynamic IP addresses?
Your address is dynamic, but that does not make the websites that you access dynamic.
