The reason why these Chinese Restaurants in Singapore are so expensive is because the owners just sub the RMB prices to SGD prices. So Mapo Tofu in Sichuan costs 15 RMB and the owners just switched the RMB to SGDs and since a lot of people are willing to pay for them, the prices stick. Also the portions in China would have been twice the size most of the times unless you're at those very tourist trap areas. Source: Went to Sichuan recently.
I think the quality is very worth the price from the looks of it. I also heard from some other show featuring kway chap saying that the manpower and time effort to prepare the intestines made it as costly as a lobster.

the easy answer would be Yamamoto's and Aizen's. the real answer is any shikai really, as long as the bankai is Zabimaru. I'll come back to the mala part of that analogy at the end of the series.
As you mentioned during the hits of the 干锅, washing/cleaning intestines is a delicate process, not to mention fairly laborious. The markup is still pretty steep but perhaps you can assume they pay their workers well? 😅 Hence the good quality of food and service. Anyway thanks, now I’m craving fried intestines at 10:20pm. I have to go to Old Airport to see if the uncle is still selling fried intestines!
