Nice!! I’ve been imagining this too. I didn’t think they would have this track, but only plays in the cutscene where Pac-Man shows up! Yeah, it would’ve been nice to hear no sound effects and hear the cutscene music from the background, but I didn’t think I’d ever hear something like this at all without any voices or sounds!
I was having trouble getting it to work too. I couldn't find any way to access the website or video myself. Maybe someone already had the video downloaded from back when the website was still online?

I've tried getting the old website to work with a version of firefox with flash still enabled, to no avail. Any idea how this was even found?
The original uploader told us they just happened to have it saved on a flash drive and uploaded it in all its poor quality
