U have to pick up ammo then shoot example, u have crackshot, so shoot once, and will have to pick up ammo then shoot again with shotgun u can shoot twice, but then pick up ammo with p-90 u will shoot 40 bullets but then pick up ammo and if u reload when ur mag is finished, u lost the best part will be, when u have to go get ammo and all the ammo is not there and there is someone behind u no pistol gernades are allowed (u can do ONLY pistol)

I am not sure how to fix your lag. I don't think you should lag as long as you have a stable internet connection. I have 144 fps because I play on a 144hz monitor.

correction, also when u spawn u have (crackshot) 20 bullets, so if u shoot u can reload, but after that u cant, until u pick up ammo

The shield bar does not heal you. You heal passively.
