This fight is nuts. I just beat it by the skin of my teeth using Martyr lead (put counterattack on right after he does his strip buffs move), Kreela for ally attack, Apothecary for healing, Vogoth to absorb punishment, and Norog to also reduce damage. Maybe putting in a heavier hitter instead of Norog would work, but he was my last pig standing and survived with only a sliver of health left. Tried cleansers, revivers, big damage dealers....... fuck this guy.
Hahaha yes, he's truly a pain in the butt to deal with. 😆 You could also try Achak the wenderin if you have him because he has the strengthen buff on all allies. But I think poisons and HP burns work really well and also heavy nukes. It's just hard to not use turn meter control champs since that's all I have in my arsenal. Starting to build a ton more now that will help though. 🙏
