In case you're still wondering about Beartooth, the vocalist (Caleb Shomo) was the screamer for Attack Attack! (know/remember them?) back in 2006 (he was 14 years old at that time), and then the sole vocalist for that band on their last album. Attack Attack! broke up in 2013, and Caleb went on to form Beartooth, which started as a hardcore band, really in-your-face, aggresive style of music. Now, they still have some hardcore elements to their songs, but they also have brighter, more melodic songs such as this one. If you want to check out more of their music, some of my favorites are "In Between", "I Have A Problem", "Hated", and "Bad Listener". There's many more great songs, but those are great to get started. Definitely a band I'd heavily recommend.
@@ChaseCarneson You're welcome! I'm literally currently binging your videos because I really love the analysis you've got on each individual song. You've got a new subscriber in me.
This is why I love reaction channels, you join because of one band you like (in my case Nightwish) and learn about a bunch of new bands and songs you wouldn't hear otherwise, thank you
Exactly. I found Lovebites from reaction channels and now it's my favorite band with Nightwish. Even so much that I pre-ordered their new Blu-Ray. Live Tokyo 2020... I also like this Beartooth a lot. I have to hear more from them.
Thoroughly enjoying the insight you're adding as part of your reactions, it's refreshing! I've got two recommendations for you to check out below: LEPROUS - Slave (Live At Rockefeller Music Hall) - ruclips.net/video/1QKx_2yg4cU/видео.html Architects - "Doomsday" - ruclips.net/video/RvWbcK3YQ_o/видео.html Thanks for the videos! I've already found a couple of bands that are new to me whose discography I need to dive further into, thanks to you featuring them on the channel. Appreciate it! :)
Pretty decent stuff. By the way, if someone hasn't said anything yet, Unleash the Archers has a new album coming out I believe Aug. 21, new video sometime this month I THINK ? Anyway great analysis as always.
Beartooth is incredible, legit don't think they have a single bad song, glad you like them a lot as well! As for other bands I have no clue what you know and don't know, but Bring me the Horizon's Ludens is still fairly new and an absolute tune, so if you haven't yet check it out! ruclips.net/video/B9wvTuDC-H0/видео.html
No for a song that has nothing to do with Beartooth and everything to do with Biffy Clyro, check out this live performance of their song, Living is a Problem Because Everything Dies: ruclips.net/video/ZK5pfPfEpro/видео.html
Hi, I really like your reactions, you're the best. I would recommend some songs from The Dead Weather ( ruclips.net/user/TheDeadWeatherTV ) or The Raconteurs ( ruclips.net/user/theraconteurs ), in particular the live videos. I'd love to see your reaction to "Blue Veins" ( ruclips.net/video/Z0aZeVt8Kog/видео.html ).

Aaaaaaah okay that makes sense. Thanks for that. And thanks to the support and reccomendation.

Your insights are excellent and so unique in this RUclips genre.
Beartooth used to be much heavier, they had a punk/hardcore vibe on their first record! I suggest checking out “The Lines”
Yeah... Do that
This is why I love reaction channels, you join because of one band you like (in my case Nightwish) and learn about a bunch of new bands and songs you wouldn't hear otherwise, thank you
This makes me happy. Thanks for branching out and expanding your playlist.
Yeah i second that... def gonna tjeck out some more from these guys

The vocalist is originally from Attack Attack!. Bilmuri, Of Mice & Men, and Beartooth all have members from that band
Caleb Shomo (the singer) does all the stuff (or at least he did in the earlier albums but I think he still does) for the songs
SYLOSIS - I Sever
They from UK, so you could probably heard them, but if not, chek them out, you definitely won't regret.
Oh wow! I've never heard this before but I liiiike it!!! Oh yeah! Thank you Chase!
Thanks for listening, pretty cool huh?
@@ChaseCarneson so cool! Straight on my playlist!
Most of the guitar was done through a orange dark micro terror amp with a big cabinet. Really can produce some heavy grit for its size
Fun fact about beartooth: on the original album, there was no band. It was just Caleb (the vocalist) doing everything and recording it himself

LEPROUS - Slave (Live At Rockefeller Music Hall)

Ah yeah really tight band, great bright sound. Haven't tuned into them in some time.
Bad Listener - Beartooth, same band wildely different vibe. Much heavier
Great video! Beartooth’s earlier songs we’re definitely heavier, maybe check out I Have A Problem or the Lines
Dirty bass is good bass! Vocals remind me of Nickelback or Fuel tracks on the Daredevil soundtrack. Insightful as always! Cheers!
Another new band for me, thanks!
Hi!!! Great reaction!!! If you liked this song, i assume you would kinda like Polaris - Hypermania.
As far as I know the guitar tone is mainly just an Orange micro dark.
Pretty decent stuff. By the way, if someone hasn't said anything yet, Unleash the Archers has a new album coming out I believe Aug. 21, new video sometime this month I THINK ? Anyway great analysis as always.
Really? Okay well that's definitely going in the plan for sure.
@@ChaseCarneson Happy belated Birthday!
Their last album was also rather good
Nyktophobia - Yearning from an Uncharted Grave
you should check out Falling in Reverse - Popular Monster
Actually heard it a few times already so might need to pick a new one or I could do a review.

Yeah I think they're solid. Awesome group, great songs.
I got some real Biffy Clyro vibes with this band. Similar vocal growls. The cleans are of course different and no awesome Scottish accent.
No for a song that has nothing to do with Beartooth and everything to do with Biffy Clyro, check out this live performance of their song, Living is a Problem Because Everything Dies: ruclips.net/video/ZK5pfPfEpro/видео.html

I thought today would be Nightwish day.... :(
Relax, he has announced Nightwish to come at 4 pm British Summertime. That would be in 3 h and 15 min ;)
hahaha we are now addicted to those technical Nightwish reviews :)
@@janhoffmann4926 I'm in Portugal so it's same time
@@pingut22 I'm from Germany. Once I read 4 pm I was quite disappointed to find out he meant BST, which means one hour more waiting^^
Bass is buried in the mix. It needs to comee forward. It sounds like listening to a cheap Bluetooth speaker.
Music was really good. Video was not. Imagery was either too rapid or blurred and hard to tell what was actually happening.
I kinda hear you on that. I liked the energy but would have liked it a little clearer.
