Made this today for dinner. It was absolutely delicious as are all your recipes. We had cod fillets and they were cooked to perfection following this fabulous recipe. Spain on a Fork Hi Albert, I was just touching bases with you to let you know that I am still going to send you the Balsamic Vinegar and the Olive Oil we spoke about but I wanted to let you know that I was in a pretty terrible accident last Friday that resulted in serious bodily injuries to me, and my vehicle was completely totaled. I rolled my vehicle 6 times causing a severe head concussion, and bruising & bleeding. I was traveling back from Idaho after taking care of my daughter for a week after she had to have her gall bladder removed and after coming home traveling home through Oregon my car rolled over approximately 6 times causing memory lapses, bruising & bleeding. I will ultimately be fine but I will need additional time to send you the oil and vinegar and oil & hope you understand the unfortunate delay. Thank you Albert for your understanding and patience, I am suffering from memory loss, and will need time to heel from these unfortunate injuries but I will keep my promises to you.
