I would say this is pretty intense. You can tell by the TF split step and bounce that he is definitely trying. They are playing serious points, which is an important part of practice. If it was just rallying he probably would have named it "intense rally practice". Plus it was like 90s in temp and humidity during the citi open, they are not trying to play long points in those conditions.
