There’s no way you can produce more-than-one Topol-M launcher in this mod, as it’s a kind of hero unit, similar to NATO’s walker and Aussie’s SAS commando.
To be honest, i preffer this MOD with this cold and simple aspect in some finalizations than a MOD with a lot of details with so much polution at the screen... (Even with no voices)
Also it looks as something like just before the USSR evolves into the Brotherhood of Nod, something like a late USSR - early Nod period after Kane got control of the Union.

Well apparently TW modders in early days has a problem of not able to recover lost mod files,and unfortunately the creator somehow lost the mod data permanently and gave up on redoing it all over again.

What CnC 3 version are you using? I'm using latest version and this mod got ton of black dots glitches on almost all maps except the 1v1 first map.
