You don't know why - you need to understand the law. The reason they gave that verdict is the evidence suggests he fought with Russell and in that fight ended up killing him. And then because he didn't know what to do next he murdered Carol and then hid the evidence. I totally agree that he should be locked up!!
That is all here say, and one sided...as those victims are both dead and cant give their side. He killed them both and went to great lengths to cover it up @Joe__007
@@Joe__007 They say that one could talk about a football match for hours but the score finishes the conversation in two seconds. This score is two dead people that were murdered or executed in cold blood by Lynn who went to great lengths to cover his sadistic crime.
How does that work? He literally burnt both bodies, evidence... Guilty AF on all counts... but not?? I'd love to know how many people fall on a knife and die.
Not what the verdict was saying. The jurors said that he couldn’t be found guilty for killing the husband because it was allegedly a fight over the gun between them and they couldn’t be sure. However, he was found guilty of killing her after.
@@lenlemaic7849 Not necessarily, just that there wasn’t enough evidence to decide for sure. Remember the legal system works on a beyond reasonable doubt system
@@lenlemaic7849 I’m not saying I agree with the decision or that I don’t think it’s silly. I’m just saying why it was reached and that people need to look at it from the juries perspective. We also didn’t see everything or get all the info they did.
Disgraceful decision by what appears to be a jury of gullible people. No matter what happened - apparently it was a mistake, panic accident or self defence.
A split verdict is when a jury or judge makes a decision in a case, but it's not all for one side or the other. It can happen when one party wins on some claims, but the other party wins on others. In criminal cases, it can also mean that a defendant is found guilty on one charge but not guilty on another.

@@lenlemaic7849 Sure you are correct. But the conversation I'm having is about the law and what the jury did.
What a load of rubbish, he should of been charged guilty for both killings. He went to great lengths to cover it all up.
🤔 if not for the video…he could have gotten off scot free!.. a work of a very crafty man!
Pathetic verdict for a psychopath
What’s with the constant ref to being a JetStar pilot? What if he was a plumber?
Pilots are thought of as caculated, calm under pressure etc. It is not often we hear about one going off the deep end over a drone.
I agree. But it got you to comment. So, I guess it’s working.
It’s all click bait now.
Just be grateful that he was not a friend of a neighbour of a nephew of a prominent politician!
Then they would say plumber Greg Lynn.

What a terrible decision please explain
How is that possible seems hard to believe
🤨 didn’t the jury fell for it?
My opinion Glenn Is guilty! No way should he get off.
