LORD JESUS!! This is the very reason why I know the spirit of the Lord have led me to stop talking to most of my aunt's and my mom. Especially not over the phone. They say and do to much. I can't allow their toxicity to mess up my joy, peace, sanity, wholeness, and healing process.
I'm learning to redirect the conversation to a positive with the toxic people in my life and now I hardly hear from them. If you do have to talk, wear them out with the goodness of God.
This is my go to message when my mother come with the craziness and negativity throughout the day because I have to get unbothered from that and continue to focus on my son and myself.

YES, the explanation! Usually I would clapback or be smart but I just shut it down completely and don't even respond to the nonsense. My God has shown me, I don't have to argue or explain.
Yep. The Lord taught me that awhile ago, and I try to share that with others often. Even if what they said or did bothered you, it don't mean you have to respond in the way they want you to.

Yes. We put way too much energy in trying to explain ourselves to people. That will choose to not receive you in the first place, no matter what. That is because a lot of people like to use anger, bitterness, and foolish behavior and mindsets as a coping mechanism. You don't have to always feed into it. The spirit of the Lord will even tell me to not say or do things to respond to my teenage son when he choose to act a certain way.
The Holy Spirit said, when we know our assignment. We know that we have to let our flesh die. Then when can learn to hold our tongue more, when people try to come to you with foolishness. The Lord have taught me that I don't lose anything when people try to attack me verbally or what not. So, there is no need to attack them back, or go back and forth with them.
My biggest issue is caring what my child mothers think. Being a good father but treated like a bad one does something to me because I’m trying to be different then what I had and it goes unnoticed or unrecognized by them. I give it to God and continue to live righteous!!

I’ve been dealing with this. I can’t believe what I’ve been Accused of. I haven’t been able to clear my name. I just don’t say anything. Because it’s ok.
Trust God to clear your name and bring confusion to their plans. Psalm 56 was a game changer for me! I even said it silently when the person was speaking negativity in a phone call, and in a matter of minutes their tone changed! God's Word is powerful 🙏🙌🙏🙌
