because if he didn’t throw force vomit the pumpkin spice latte he would’ve died of caffeine poisoning and didn’t force vomit the protein powder he would have kidney failure. vomiting is what all competitive eaters do to avoid the health issues
@@crate249 you have to consume alot of coffee to get overdose of caffeine
crate well those make sense but for something like cereal wouldn’t cause any health issues for one day of doing it I’m sure he probably just fasts days prior to the challenge or just works out an extreme amount the following days

That’s what I do what’s wrong with it lol putting in milk first is a bad idea cuz you can never know how much cereal you have to put in before it over flows ( you will end up with more milk tbh)
