When Sips makes a series on RUclips it is like a perfect inner monologue that gives me insight into his personality and unique thought process. The successes, the frustration, the silly made-up stories are all encapsulated in each video. It is just the interaction between him and the game in its purest form and it is a thrill to watch. Then one day, all of this ended and he started livestreaming on Twitch. At first I was excited; extra Sips content is exactly what I've wanted for years. But the more I watch, the more it is obvious that the magic is gone. It's no longer that perfect monologue, but a one-sided conversation with a chat that I can't be a part of because of time differences. No longer are episodes special with occasional edits and sidetracking, but instead he has to brute-force through each game at a pace that is acceptable to the will of the ever-present chat. Thousands of people who shout the solution to the game at him instead of letting him figure things out his own way. Also, for some reason people think we need to see his unchanging face in the corner at all times. It's just too much. It doesn't feel like Sips content; it feels watered down. And it is being dumped on us by the truckload every day at a rate that I simply cannot keep up with. I'm drowning in it now. It no longer feels like that special video I look forward to every day. It has become a burden. We are all here because we enjoy Sips, but I'd argue that a few quality videos posted here beats the sheer quantity of un-edited videos being produced now. You don't have to agree with me, but when you see people upset about the livestreaming, just know that it is not about whether he posts it on twitch or on youtube under sips-live, the problem at its core is a _format_ issue.
Cannot like this enough. It's the main reason I've almost entirely stopped watching "entertainment" stuff on youtube, especially yogscast; first there was the Gmod era, then a lot of twitch content or things that are otherwise subpar or moving away from what I want to watch. Most people seem to be going over to twitch, which is fine; it's a cool format, but I will only watch highlights or it live because of the interactivity; I prefer smaller streams, to chat with fun people. But very few entertainers who were successful on youtube are able to transfer formats well. I have my own twitch favorites, none of whom are the RUclips personalities I used to watch. But entertainers don't seem to get that the content has a different feel and appeals to different people; they need to mostly find a new audience if they're switching over, as a lot of their old one will lose interest.
Mark Fuelle Brilliant post. This sums it up perfectly for me. Getting home from work and finding 1 or 2 20 mins videos to get entirely immersed in would be a treat. Now I see 5 hours of streamed footage just dumped on my page, which post-stream just seems irrelevant. It's cool that he does Twitch and I'm glad some people love it, but I just wished Sips balanced out formats between edited YT vids and streams a bit more evenly. The main channel has become an offshoot for highlight vids which is a real shame as a couple of months ago I thought Sips channel was absolutely on form (Grim Fandango, Fallout, HM2, etc).
Mark Fuelle I agree on that but I wish it would be entirely the entertainers' fault for changing the format. RUclips is making their life harder by imposing silly content restriction and the amount of money made from videos is almost half of what it used to be. This is their job, they need to eat and feed families, most of them had to somehow change the way they make video to adapt. Twitch is an additional source of income without the hassle and the immense time requirement that video editing asks of them. I understand your point but i understand their choices as well
I don't understand you people. You always used to say "longer episodes, more episodes!" Now he does exactly that on his streaming channel, and it's too much or something? Can you imagine how long it would take to play this series, one episode every two days, on the main channel? He'd never fuckin finish it. Streaming works for Sips, and if Sips is happy, I'm happy.
I don't like the feel of livestreams. I don't like trying to watch someone play a game and talk to thousands of people whose comments I couldn't give less of a shit about at the same time. I'm subscribed to sips for sips, for an intimate feeling when it's just you watching a dude play games by himself without thousands of other people all watching at the same time and trying to be funny in the comments. It's not about the frequency or length of content, it's about the content itself.
mrcheeserocks123 it's not like you can see his chat in the stream uploads, or that you even have to read it when he's streaming. and he hardly reads chat at all unless hes stuck. and thankfully he doesn't have an obnoxious sub alert yet either. the facecam / sub ticker is literally the only difference
I Am The Ottoderp Jesus I think there already was a west themed one. I forget which series it was but he kina changed the style of the outro on each vid in teh series and I think i remember one being western style. cant be sure tho, and also cant be bothered to go back and check :) check the sips subreddit im sure all the outros are there.
Yeah, if Sips says he's deeply in love with a game and gonna play it through - it means he can drop it midplay suddenly without even explaining anything.
Phil Mc crackin yeah, but the res wont be good neither will the fps...I would like to see how it runs on newer hardware..if I wanted to I could play it on my PS3 :/ but thats not exactly what im asking for.
Really backwards compatibility is fucking useless, sure it's nice to play your old games but in reality you can just use your old system, it was nice on the wii since it was hard to buy a GameCube but you can find a working Xbox 360 for 20 bucks nowadays.
RhythmAssistedPoetry I can no longer play my favourite PC game on Windows 8 :( Went to the extent of asking on forums - no luck, I cri ery tiem i thnk abat it...
I just want to say Sips thanks very much for playing Red Dead after I suggested it on Reddit, and a lot of people also thought you should play, and thanks for listening to the community. AGAIN. I don't have time to watch the 2-4 hour long live streams if I don't catch them live but I have to say that I love that you have then decided to cut them down for the sake of the people in the same situation as mine. The community is back to the same toxic state that it was in at the times of the Gmod vids and it is becoming ridiculous that they don't respect your decision and realize that they are getting free content daily, not monthly or weekly or every other day but DAILY, and that you can do what you want. It seems that there is a minority, if not majority, of the community on some of the yogs' channels that feel like they are entitled to what ever they want instead of just respecting the decisions of the video makers. For example, whilst Hat Films were away on holiday they decided to binge record games so that they had content whilst they were away and there wasn't days without it, people then moaned that it was the same content all the time. They even made highlight videos but people still moaned about it and even claimed that it was just "filler" content whilst they were having a break. Hat Films have recently came out and voiced their displeasure with how this content has been received because people don't realize how much effort actually goes into these videos. Anyway, after this ramble I just want to say thanks for everything you are doing and do what you want and stick to your word when describing the direction you want the channel to go in and that you don't care about the views and are doing it for the enjoyment of yourself and the enjoyment of many others out here in the community. THANKS SIPS YOU MAGNIFICENT BASTARD!!
28:11 dyslexic version, "well with your trigger intuition and my feminine itch we should make quite a team" Sorry that just went in my mind at that point
I would love it if this was exclusively not on Twitch. Maybe you could stream it a couple times for help, but this needs to be done the old fashion way.
JimJamX It's not exclusively on twitch. How fucking hard is it for you guys to understand? He said it's going up on the sips live youtube channel. Fuck.
CreaturePlaysGames If you really like watching sips play games, it doesn't matter which format it's in. I think Sips would say he's at his best on live streams.
No, actually there IS a difference. It comes from the style of the video. 30 minutes from a livestream isn't the same stylistically as a 30 minutes standard vid. Who Sips plays with (which on the main channel is usually nobody), the way he talks, the way the video is edited. It's all different. Not to mention the main channel needs content other than highlights and pirates. So, you ignoramus, there is a difference.
Why? He uploads bulk videos on his streaming channel so you don't have to be waiting for the next episode, and it also doesn't take forever to finish a game
Ive been following you Sips for 4 years now and im sorry im hating your upsession with live streaming. I dont have time to watch 4-6 hour videos. i really miss your 24 min specialties. Thats where your channel shines. The wonderful edited paint sniffer/ Uthgerd days of old. We all miss it buddy! Please come back home
Nano Bear All you have to do is click watch later, its the same thing as clicking on a new video. You are complaining about new content. He also will come back to the old format soon, he is just rather busy atm
but hes busy streaming... thats my point. he can stream for 4 hours a day but cant upload everyones favorite series. We still want to watch city skylines along with other vids but hes "too busy" streaming because hes probably making more money that way. I get it but im just sad. cant blame him though.
This is probably one of my all time favorite games. You will really enjoy this game, and really get side tracked, like always :D. Im really happy you decided to play this game!
People need to realize that this is the RUclips *comment* section. Where people leave their *comments* on Sips' content. Said comments can be either positive or negative. Leaving negative comments is not something bad. It shouldn't be met with hostility from overzealous fanboys. The RUclips comment section exists for both positive and negative feedback. Being a professional internet entertainer, *all* feedback is important information for Sips. It lets him know if his audience likes what he's doing. So please, can people just freaking say whether or not they like Sips' streams without getting attacked over it? Because the behavior of some people in this comment section is quite frankly shameful.
Verrou Some RUclipsr posted a video about the YOGSCAST cancelling the Yogsquest game even though they had nothing to do with that game. The RUclipsr said hurtful things and called the YOGSCAST scum. So I left a comment telling him to recheck his sources, and not only did other RUclipsrs attack me, but so did the RUclipsr who posted the video! It was Protomario who had 100K+ subs.
Verrou I know how it feels. I (must like others) want to see a normal, climatic series. There is no natural progression through the livestreams, and that's why I hate streams like these regardless of how long they are. My favorite types of videos by solo Sips were Fallout, Skyrim, Don't, and Game Dev Tycoon.
I'm just extremely grateful that Sips is uploading his livestreams onto RUclips so that I'm not forced into watching them live or only on Twitch and I still know what he's been up to. In addition Sips puts the extra effort into making highlights in case you didn't want to watch 2 hours worth of videos. He's doing so much for us but still gets so much shit for it...
Can't understand livestream haters. There's not really any downside to streaming, so shut yo mouth and come watch the streams/vods like everybody else does.
Atanos Iskandar His point is that you can just go to the sips live channel and watch everything that was on the streams. It's completely stupid to complain about streaming.
***** 1. Twitch deletes past livestreams 2. Livestreams never have a clear time as to when they end unless the streamer says so. 3. In many cases you cannot pause the video leading to entire parts of the video missed because you had to have dinner. 4. In the UK most livestreams happen in the night meaning we either miss them or stay up all night. 5. since livestreams are live parts of the video can have varying quality and can lead to massive mistakes ((example: Sips accidentally skipping the identity of Arkham motherfucking Knight))
Atanos Iskandar Well, I don't mind disliking, but I see highly rated comments like "fuck livestreaming, stop doing it sips"... that's selfish and disrespectful towards Sips.
So one of the first things Sips says is "I'll be streaming it" and instantly I continue my (up until now) silent boycott of Sips' channel. I'll be back as soon as we get some real content. Until then I have to survive on Hat Films.
C-A-T-S Cats! Cats! Cats! I know where it goes, but when Sips started streaming he claimed he's balance the two, and he hasn't, so I'm boycotting the channel.
That's dumb. If you like watching Sips be himself while playing games, it doesn't make sense to avoid watching the vids on the Sips Live channel. It shouldn't matter where they are if you like Sips.
C-A-T-S Cats! Cats! Cats! No, I like watching Sips be Sips in the format that I enjoyed. 2 videos a day about 30 minutes each. I don't want to watch him chat with the people watching, I don't have the time to watch a 4 hour stream, broken up or otherwise, nor do I want to. I also don't want to watch highlights of the stream I don't want to watch. Which boils down to, there's little to no content on Sips' channel that I want to watch, which isn't what he promised, which is why I'm boycotting him. Not claiming everyone has to feel this way, this is just my personal choice.
I wish this was just going to be played on the main channel. I don't have nearly enough time to watch 2-2.5 hours of live stream uploads a day. Hope to see some good stuff coming back to this channel soon. Sad the golden period lasted so little.
Edward Zhang Use common sense. If I watch 1 of the 5 uploads a day, it will stack up to the point where I've watched 20 uploads out of 50 or more total. And by the time I get to 40, he'll have uploaded a complete other series. Compared to being uploaded to the main channel, 1 episode every 1 or 2 days, where I can watch at the same pace as he's uploading, while also knowing that it's fresh the entire time.
Edward Zhang It makes complete sense. Imagine if I give you a freshly made chocolate bar every day. It tasted delicious, it was customized and tweaked every day based on your feedback, and it was just enough chocolate to satisfy you. Then imagine if I stopped doing that, and instead just dropped off a box of chocolate bars, all of them the same, none of them customized, and way too much chocolate for you to handle. Sure, you can set the box aside and eat from it as you please, but you'll always know it isn't as good as when you were given a fresh bar every day to your liking. There is a very, very large difference between Stream recordings and main channel uploads. Stream recordings have distractions from the chat mixed in, and are uploaded in these large chunks. Unfortunately, I don't have time for "infinite" content, as I don't have an infinite amount of time. When people say they want "more" content, they don't mean a larger quantity, but rather more variety. First we were getting a steady stream of Grim Fandango, Fallout, and Cities: Skylilnes. Now we're getting a slightly infrequent stream of Pirates and stream highlights, with a dump-truck load of raw stream footage on a different channel.
lm794 Funnily enough Sips has said (on his livestream :p) he doesn't cut much content, so you would be watchnig the same amounts of content anyway only spaced over a much longer period. The old format doesn't work as well for open world games cause he can't get immersed in them and mess around, hence the Skyrim disaster.
I don't mind the live stream format of videos. What I do mind is him uploading 3+ hours worth a day. There's no way I can watch all that. So for anyone that can't actually be present for the live stream, we're missing out on content.
Jenny isn't on crack, she's actually thinking critically and being inquisitive as a man of the cloth makes absurd claims about how many favors they're doing for aboriginal Americans.
I subscribed to sips because I love his comedy and watched every series i could including his very first playthrough with dig and rig. I miss the days when he just picked a game and played it for all to enjoy. I want that back. Highlights are fun but it simply isn't the same. I feel like after skyrim things just kinda started falling short and then BAM out came pirates and I felt like i was home again... but idk... sips i love ya... youre the best guy, the real guy but please less livestream more daily episodes
This channel is kind of dead, people in the comments are right. Lately there has been a lot less content. And don't tell me to go watch the streams, there's a big difference between watching hours of footage (which not all of us have time to do) that has it's ups and downs and watching a full walkthrough of a game with time in between episodes to get excited for the next.
C-A-T-S Cats! Cats! Cats! I've watched a few of the streams but the quality isn't the same as the videos in my opinion just cos it isn't possible to be entertaining for so long. And sure I don't have to watch all of it but I like watching a full series and uploading so much content doesn't give me the time to do so.
Cryer24597 When it comes to graphical fidelity and a machines processing power it is not a matter of opinion or even debate, the PlayStation is more powerful and can therefore process the game with a greater level of graphical fidelity.
Sips I know it's your choice on how you choose to deliver content, but I'd just like to say I'm not a fan of livestreaming. Your videos are always better with some editing, and when you aren't constantly keeping an eye on what the chat are up to. Also I wish you'd just ditch the rest of the Yogscast and establish yourself on your own, you're by far the best of that bunch.
I hate highlights of streams, I loved your old videos of playthroughs because it felt like you were talking to me not randomusernumber4 on twitch, it's not the same at all, your old playthroughs were fun because we got to see you fail and learn and not get your hand held by the chat on twitch, I understand it's easier to do things this way but the old way was better, I find myself watching less and less of your stuff all the time and I miss just you with out the chat.
Daniel Turner Agree so much, 'streaming' videos are so different from a good playthrough video, not the same thing at all. Don't even get me started on facecams either, I will immediately click off of any video with a facecam because it just changes the experience so much for the worse. But I guess that's what the younglings like, and you gotta appeal to them to make the big $, so it is what it is, and the search for quality video makers goes on.
Daniel Turner All the boo hooers are missing a Borderlands 2 playthrough with Sips and Lewis right now on his live channel... keep crying guys, but you're missing out.
Dekal Right... and I think the response is... WHAT IS THE FUCKING DIFFERENCE? Its sips.... playing a game. He is doing the playthrough on the stream... the same way he would do with recording regular videos. I mean tahts what the recordings are too... he plays, "streams" them to a file, then chops those videos into 30 minute episodes. The only difference is he has a vid cam which I like with him bc it makes it funnier seeing his actual expression and he interacts with the chat, which I dont particularly like, but its such a small thing that its worth it to get so much content. 40 30 minute videos posted to sips live this week alone...
The code almost didn't work in the first place, and they don't know how to modify it so that it doesn't break. It's basically impossible to remaster it unless they completely remake the game, and that wouldn't be worth it.
*YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!* Swear to fucking god, I jumped out of my chair and screamed when I saw this vid in my sub box. *Dude. Please keep this one going, or dicks will literally be ripped.*
VietyV first of all he lives in canada and second of all it is only 17:30 in england right now. EDIT: We have established that he lives in jersey. please stop telling me he doesn't live in canada anymore. Thanks :D
Milanoszz Company 5:30 pm is evening for me :P and no he does not live in Canada LOL. This conversation constantly pops up in the Sips channel. He is FROM Canada, he has not lived in Canada in ages. He has a kid and lives in Jersey which is technically the UK, it's an island between the big one and France.
Stop complaining about it being streamed. You can watch all of the streaming content on the Sips Live RUclips channel. The experience is actually a lot smoother in streaming format. I think a big reason why there are so few views on the Sips Live channel is that many of you are either unaware of it, or too fucking lazy to type in the channel name and check out the videos. It's the same thing, just with more content, and a more immersive experience.
Why are you commenting so fucking much on this video to defend the live streams? Chill out and let people have an opinion. Personally, I don't like the live streams as much as his normal content, but I'm enjoying several of his livestream series on his second channel.
AbsurdIsNotTheWord Because I'd like to see sips live get the viewers it deserves, I think many people aren't giving it a chance, and I think most of the arguments against it are irrational. Not all opinions are equally valid.
I love how you (and Yogscasters) say "Lassew" I noticed it at first when Lewis and Sjin were playing minecraft and he called the lead a "lassew" about twenty times. Us westerners usually pronounce it this way "lassoh". Love this game too! Try to come first in the chuckwagon races!
bitspacemusic Its because its Rockstar San Diego. They dont code for PC... essentially every game they made was made for xbox/ps. Any port of their game to PC was done by other Rockstar Studio, namely Leeds or Toronto (rockstar north).
bitspacemusic Ya but the ports were done by another Rockstar studio. If that studio was working on another big project (gta V for example) they just wouldnt have time to do it. Rockstar, and most other studios, split their workforce so that particular places do console games and others specialize in others. Some studios do both but that requires hiring lots of different types of coders and such... it becomes to expensive from a labor standpoint to have that many different people in one studio. But its also because developement kits cost money on a subscription basis. So if you want the dev kit for pc directx you license the dev kit for like 50k-100k a year. If they had to license this at every studio, it would cost much more than just having one studio license it and having that studio do all the ports.
Who else misses the old sips video series like Skyrim where we would see the funniest editing and commentating in ALL of the youtubers...that's something you can't get on twitch.
I am tired of the highlight videos. This channel is gonna go back to when it was only gmod, except it's only gonna be highlights. I'm so annoyed of everything being on twitch. I don't have time to watch twitch or watch 5 hours of gameplay on your twitch channel. I want the goddamn Fallout back! I want the final fantasy series back. Not these short and not satisfying highlights. Please go back to the old format sips. Please. At least this isn't a highlight video, but when he said he is gonna be live-streaming this game I died a little.
***** I think there's a lot of angry people now. The number of subscribers is starting to dip. And I'm thinking of unsubscribing too. I really hope I didn't weather the gmod storm to have it end like this.
I'm sure more content will come to the main channel, so if your thinking about unsubbing, I'd suggest waiting it out. The main channel is thirsting for more content though.
pensfan044 i honestly all of you do unsubscribe and stop bitching, because sips is going to do whatever makes him happy, and right now that's streaming.
this is one of the best games i've ever played. the story is great and the setting is superb! everything about this is awesome and i truly hope that R* are working on a sequel!
Why not just upload the playthroughs here? At least that way this channel would have content. All it's become is livestream highlights and Pirates. It's the same with the G-mod situation, it's getting a bit stale.
I (and my six month old) implore you to keep playing Red Dead! Fantastic game, brilliant graphics, superb storyline and awesome play abouts. You'll love it :)
Sips is going to love this game, and I am so excited to see him play it. When I was a kid, I played this game to death. I spent most of Middle School playing this and the Undead Nightmare DLC. SIPS AFTER YOU FINISH THIS YOU MUST PLAY THE UNDEAD NIGHTMARE DLC PLEASE!

mrcheeserocks123 He hardly ever reads the chat anyway, and it's only ever momentarily. Having the face cam is a bonus too.
Your mistake is that you're assuming it's the same people complaining about short videos and the livestreams.
Ausl0vich So what is people's problem with the stream recordings? I realise it's different, but, come on, it's not that bad.
mrcheeserocks123 it's not like you can see his chat in the stream uploads, or that you even have to read it when he's streaming. and he hardly reads chat at all unless hes stuck. and thankfully he doesn't have an obnoxious sub alert yet either. the facecam / sub ticker is literally the only difference
this is gonna be the best thing
Unlike your horrendous punz.
Logan Joy ain't no cream for that burn :D
Actually there's one called "Regret", which anyone who makes puns should bathe it. :-P
Logan Joy lol
The real thing, the best thing
Do a complete series! PLEASE!
alex goble He said it'll be going up on his Sips live channel
Ripper Roo For fuck sake.
I'd rather have a proper fucking series like he did with skyrim ffs.
Paul Pearson ikr I miss the old days of skyrim/dishonoured videos
Paul Pearson It is a proper fucking series. It will be in 30 minute episodes on the sips live youtube channel.
Even so, it's 30 minute chunks of livestream footage. Not 30 minutes of concise, edited, Sips heavy RUclips footage.
YES ONE OF THE BEST GAMES OF ALL TIME WITH THE BEST GUY OF ALL TIME, SIPS THE BEST GUY, WHAT A BASTARD.
i am very disappointed that there wasnt a wild west themed outro
fuggynog Well it's the first episode.
I think the huy guy who makes the outro chiptune has made one.

Man, I wish Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare would get ported to PC/PS4 and Xbox One, game was so fuckn good.
It will be on xbox one when we get backwards compatibility later this summer :)

Red Dead Redemption truly has one of the most amazing story lines of all games.
I hope you do an evening with sips - Red Dead Undead Nightmare
Absolutely please do a series I would love you forever, you'll get really into it, the story is the best rockstar story line I've ever played.
28:11 dyslexic version, "well with your trigger intuition and my feminine itch we should make quite a team" Sorry that just went in my mind at that point
Sips do a full playthrough. I can already foresee Sip mucking around with the lasso
Fuck.
C-A-T-S Cats! Cats! Cats! How fucking hard is it to understand that he means played on Twitch, not the fucking videos uploaded on Twitch!
CreaturePlaysGames
If you really like watching sips play games, it doesn't matter which format it's in.
The_Creed
If you don't like the way sips is doing it, you don't have to watch.
Omfg I need a series from sips on this, this is my all time favourite game need to see sips' reactions
Please do it on the main channel ;(
Westham Groslier sips hates people with jobs
Agree. I also want it on the main channel.
Watch it on his Sips Live channel when he uploads it.
no it would be too much it's better on sips live
Why? He uploads bulk videos on his streaming channel so you don't have to be waiting for the next episode, and it also doesn't take forever to finish a game
It just happens that I started replaying Red Dead and now sips is awesomely doing this video. do a full play through sips its a must.
complete series like skyrim pls
Don't you dare compare this to the skyrim series. Skyrim with sips was theeee best series on RUclips.
Stuart Kerr but this is gonna be pretty good too tho
Stuart Kerr he's saying do a complete series like how he did the skyrim series...
Stuart Kerr Except for all of the Yogscast Tekkit series'
He should do a full series. It is a fantastic game!
Man this brings back memories...was 10 years old when I played this game. Now I'm watching old sipsy play it!
sips I would love to see you play all the way through this for the first time.
Mmneggs He said it will be on the Sips Live youtube channel.
As soon as I saw the thumbnail I was hoping this was gonna be a sips live play through. Such a great game.
Sips you have to do a full playthrough man. I need this in my life!
Mission failed: the Saloon was spooked.
Mission Failed : the law was spooked.
The best guy playing the best game. OHHH MY TURNIPS!!!!
I honestly adore Red Dead Redemption, so instantly when I saw there was an evening with sips on, I just clicked as soon as I saw it!
YES! This is one of my all time favorite games! :D
This game is 5 years old and it holds up really well, it looks great.
Can't wait until sips gets bucked off his horse because he didn't read anything and gets all surprised.
K.
Thank god! A bastion of reason and logic in this cesspit of a comment section!
Ohmygosh sips make this a proper series!! I've been waiting for you to do this one FOREVERRRRRRR
Sips, this game will change you as a man. prepare yourself for the feels.... i cri evrytiem )'=
***** Shut your mouth and let people enjoy what they enjoy, and dislike what they do not enjoy.
Atanos Iskandar Why are you hating on his disliking of others' disliking? Hypocrite
Atanos Iskandar His point is that you can just go to the sips live channel and watch everything that was on the streams. It's completely stupid to complain about streaming.
***** 1. Twitch deletes past livestreams
I can't wait for his reaction to the entering Mexico scene.
So one of the first things Sips says is "I'll be streaming it" and instantly I continue my (up until now) silent boycott of Sips' channel. I'll be back as soon as we get some real content. Until then I have to survive on Hat Films.
Navi The Fairy It's going up on the Sips Live RUclips channel.
That is quite picky. I'm sorry your enjoyment of sips doesn't outweigh the things you perceive to be negative.
Love how excited he is at the beginning
Bulls don't have udders :P
TheNiters They only have one udder, and the milk that comes out of it tastes weird.
***** What, what's weird about that... Here let me find a David Attenborough documentary.
***** Oh... oh god...
TheNiters and utters dont have horns
I only just got the feeling to start this again the other week and just 100% the other day. And then sips play it? Spooooooookey
I wish this was just going to be played on the main channel. I don't have nearly enough time to watch 2-2.5 hours of live stream uploads a day.
Hope to see some good stuff coming back to this channel soon. Sad the golden period lasted so little.
Edward Zhang I'm well aware, but he uploads 4-6 videos a day on there. In other words, 2+ hours a day.
Sips's commentary is some of the best on the whole web.
Jenny isn't on crack, she's actually thinking critically and being inquisitive as a man of the cloth makes absurd claims about how many favors they're doing for aboriginal Americans.
One of my favourite games of all time, would love to see you play more!
You should play the DLC for Red Dead Redemption - it's called Undead Nightmare.
Please make a series, I need this in my life
I subscribed to sips because I love his comedy and watched every series i could including his very first playthrough with dig and rig.
Nimtolien Lairion Just watch the videos at your own pace on the sips live channel. Nobody is making you watch for hours everyday.
Streams provide a different kind of entertainment as compared to RUclips vids. Myself and many others, such as OP, prefer the RUclips videos.
The_Creed
If you really like watching Sips play games, you will enjoy the 30 minute Sips Live episodes.
C-A-T-S Cats! Cats! Cats! Dont play the elitist card...
This game is soo much better looking on PlayStation, but it's by far one of the best games made by Rockstar..
Cryer24597 Is that why the PlayStation 3 version had more sales than the Xbox 360 one...
I have Red Dead Redemption on both the 360 and the PS3. In my experience, it's very close, but I would give a slight edge towards Playstation.
It does indeed look better on PS3.
Cryer24597 When it comes to graphical fidelity and a machines processing power it is not a matter of opinion or even debate, the PlayStation is more powerful and can therefore process the game with a greater level of graphical fidelity.
Mah mah mah maaahhhhhhstsr raaaace
1. This will be a full playthrough like he said at the very start.
2. you can watch all the parts on the Sips Live channel.
Sips I know it's your choice on how you choose to deliver content, but I'd just like to say I'm not a fan of livestreaming. Your videos are always better with some editing, and when you aren't constantly keeping an eye on what the chat are up to. Also I wish you'd just ditch the rest of the Yogscast and establish yourself on your own, you're by far the best of that bunch.
play more of this!!!!i would love to watch a full play through of this on your channel!
Couldn't of said it better myself.
Ddub1083
The point is that people want Sips to do solo playthroughs again, not just upload stuff that he streamed.
I got so excited when I saw this uploaded to his channel. The time has finally come!!!!
Hey, Sips, just to let you know, Red Dead Redemption is actually a sequel. It's the sequel to the game Red Dead Revolver, the PlayStation game.
O.o Wow, you were quick on the draw, Shane...
Shane Mitchell The Scout I see you know RDR well. :3
Quick Draw McGee is a real character in RDR.
I beat RDR, watched stuff on Undead Nightmare.
I've always been freaked out by it.
I am currently playing Red Dead on the PS3 and you will love it, I'll watch your series after I finish the main story
Why haven't they remastered this yet?
Nadata Because Rockstar don't want you to think they're moneygrabbing.
The BK23 Yet they put cash card micro-transactions on gta 5?...
Nadata Popular game, helps pay for server hosting, at least it isn't vital to buy them. Ultimate team on Fifa is moneygrabbing.
The BK23 server hosting? They use peer-to-peer...
The code almost didn't work in the first place, and they don't know how to modify it so that it doesn't break. It's basically impossible to remaster it unless they completely remake the game, and that wouldn't be worth it.
*YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!*
Swear to fucking god, I jumped out of my chair and screamed when I saw this vid in my sub box.
*Dude. Please keep this one going, or dicks will literally be ripped.*
more!
I have got to see his reaction to the ending of this game. Please never stop playing this! This game is just amazing.
sips
its not even evening yet
ekko the gekko it is in the uk...which is where he lives.
VietyV first of all he lives in canada and second of all it is only 17:30 in england right now.
EDIT: We have established that he lives in jersey. please stop telling me he doesn't live in canada anymore. Thanks :D
Milanoszz Company He is from canada, but doesnt live there
Milanoszz Company he lives in jersey (which is a UK territory). This could have been recorded yesterday evening?
Milanoszz Company
5:30 pm is evening for me :P and no he does not live in Canada LOL. This conversation constantly pops up in the Sips channel. He is FROM Canada, he has not lived in Canada in ages. He has a kid and lives in Jersey which is technically the UK, it's an island between the big one and France.
so happy when you said you were definitely gonna do a series of this: best series since skyrim I bet
he's never going to use dead eye, is he?
TheShinyDunsparce Once its taught that he can use it he will get to it. Its not really a thing early on in the game.
Nathaniel Gleason ..uh, did you watch the video? because that wolf attack WAS the dead eye tutorial, and as usual, he didn't pay attention.
TheShinyDunsparce I meant when you learn how to target with dead eye.
I've been waiting for this for so long. Finally.
AbsurdIsNotTheWord
Because I'd like to see sips live get the viewers it deserves, I think many people aren't giving it a chance, and I think most of the arguments against it are irrational.
Not all opinions are equally valid.
Because only your opinion is valid; so much so, that everyone else needs to shut up? For fucks sake
I had no idea sips had a second channel. So many video's i could of watched from this beautiful bastard.
"In this case, I'm definitely gonna make a series," YAY!
"but, I'm gonna livestream the whole thing" Boooooooooo
I love how you (and Yogscasters) say "Lassew" I noticed it at first when Lewis and Sjin were playing minecraft and he called the lead a "lassew" about twenty times. Us westerners usually pronounce it this way "lassoh". Love this game too! Try to come first in the chuckwagon races!
With this one, Rockstar said, nah we don't want all that money from PC gamers. Enough is enough.
I highly doubt that. Any proof?
Gamer9031
You mean other than the game not being released on PC? No.
bitspacemusic Its because its Rockstar San Diego. They dont code for PC... essentially every game they made was made for xbox/ps. Any port of their game to PC was done by other Rockstar Studio, namely Leeds or Toronto (rockstar north).
Ddub1083
So, they had games ported to PC? Just not this one.
bitspacemusic Ya but the ports were done by another Rockstar studio.
This was a good video, probably because it wasn't livestreamed. I won't watch the rest of this series because l personally hate livestream gameplay.
Full series please!!! such an amazing game!!
Tip for getting to 2m subs: make videos and stop streaming 24/7
I like this game alot and it's going to be fun to watch Sips play through it
I am tired of the highlight videos.
+Anthony Hunt did you not see the part where I said I don't have time to watch 5 hours of gameplay a day?
No one is forcing you to watch all the 30 minute videos in one sitting you know
pensfan044 i honestly all of you do unsubscribe and stop bitching, because sips is going to do whatever makes him happy, and right now that's streaming.
this is one of the best games i've ever played. the story is great and the setting is superb! everything about this is awesome and i truly hope that R* are working on a sequel!
Why not just upload the playthroughs here? At least that way this channel would have content. All it's become is livestream highlights and Pirates. It's the same with the G-mod situation, it's getting a bit stale.
i can tell, this is a gonna be a hell of a series for sips!
sips you could play any game ever and people would want to watch it.
Sips has taught me how to appreciate the small/insignificant things in life
GIVE US A PLAY THROUGH!!!!
WE NEED IT BADLY
First time i heard about the Sips live channel; immediatly subscibed of course! The more SIPS, the BETTER!!!
Sips I love your series
I was just about to comment that you should stream or make a series of this and you answered my question. I love you Sips.
Please!!! Make this a full series, please and thank you.
My favorite game of all time, glad to see the Guy playing it.
Sips, you're a boss for doing this. Enjoy, it's an amazing open game.
I (and my six month old) implore you to keep playing Red Dead!
Fantastic game, brilliant graphics, superb storyline and awesome play abouts.
You'll love it :)
It shows how Canadian Sips is. He spent five minutes greeting everyone he saw.
Without a doubt one of the finestgames ever made.
This is going to be the best series ever
Yes Sips! More! Perfect nostalgic series to replace Pirates
"Is it like a vampire thing where you have to ask permission first?"
DAT REFERENCE
Ohmygod, Sips, this is truly a masterpiece of a game, I had a real fun playing it, I will surely watch livestreams once they are uploaded here!
THIS GAME WAS SO GOOD IM FEELING THE NOSTALGIA UGHGHGHGHGH
Yisssss! This is all i ever wanted since his Skyrim playthrough!!
Sips trying to get the lasso, may just have been best thing this week XD
Sips is going to love this game, and I am so excited to see him play it. When I was a kid, I played this game to death. I spent most of Middle School playing this and the Undead Nightmare DLC. SIPS AFTER YOU FINISH THIS YOU MUST PLAY THE UNDEAD NIGHTMARE DLC PLEASE!
