Now would be a REALLY good time to at least mention Vitamin D and Zinc. Something so easy and cheap to do and we know most Americans are deficient in Vitamin D in the winter. The darker your skin the more deficient in Vitamin D you will more likely be.
I'm white, living in a car in Florida and somehow I'm still deficient in vitamin D, which I find rather annoying.

That's good news, but it's early and there's really no good peer reviewed data right now about what it can do and to whom and under what situations, so most experts I have seen are hesitant to make sweeping generalizations from special circumstances which for the time being do appear to be good news.

Tested positive 3 days ago and it ain’t a bad case of flu. I have been vaccinated and also I have suffer all my life on sinusitis. COVID’s sickness strength isn’t similar for me to a topical flu. I have had fever, coughing, excruciating stomach and headache pain with also losing the sense of smell and taste. It’s so awful to feel like your face has been punched on your nose with COVID.

I live in South Africa. My daughter had Omicron 3 weeks ago. Only slight symptoms. Her vaccinated colleagues were more sick than she was. I'm 61, not vaccinated and healthy as can be. Most probably I had Covid already with virtually zero symptoms. Natural immunity has come a very long way to protect us.

I'm so saddened by the ignorance in these comments. It is clear how little people actually know about this pandemic and how little they trust the public health officials. This is a serious matter that doesn't just effect you, but the people around you and the people around those people and so fourth. Not taking basic safety procedures can lead to you indirectly killing 1000s. I knew people were paranoid and stupid, but not to this extent.

Omicron is a cold.
Omicron is the mildest variant so far its a good sign that the virus is weakening. It also spreads much faster which could ultimately speed up an end to the pandemic.
Need let this one herd immunity so everyone get natural immunity
Herd immunity doesn’t work, it just keeps evolving.
