so the rockstorm tile can trigger from either getting the 2nd level earth tile or the second level air tile and applying the other then it randomly hits 5 of the adjacent tiles which means enemies need to be next the tile and it then has 3/8ths chance of missing, in the end it just doesn't seem like a good ability
The multi wind tiles that cost ap can generate ap if you use it on lava tiles. Have 3 lava piles in a diagonal line and you can generate 3 ap for 2. Also tornados as you noticed in the last fight stay around if you use wind on them. Having multiple of the wind multi target cards can generate you a ap / nock back field engine

I also did a hatchling build pretty good I might say along with the fire ball every time
