Sahil can you research on the mining theme stocks related to Aluminium ( Hindalco, Nalco) , Copper, Zinc, Iron ore (NMDC) other metals ..this space now contributes to the ev theme and growing infrastructure. Not many influencers covers this space. Thought of highlighting

I have been investing in Aavas from 1390 onwards. Currently have significant positions. This is a long term bet.
I think aavas is a great long term investment opportunity. This sector has a long run ahead of it, with lot of tailwinds. Especially a country like india with growing population and improving per capita income. I feel the risk is also very low in this sector because of small loan ticket size and secured loans backed by homes as collateral. 😊

there is still an upside left. but, Jumping in as of now may not be wise. one could wait for a retracement. its in 3rd wave, it might do gap ups for few days.
Hii Sahil. Aadhar housing finance seems undervalued in this space compared to it's peers. Also in their latest concall they have mentioned that in the long run competition only between Aavaas and Aadhar housing finance. Can you please share your view on this company?

@@saikat_saha_ Affordable housing companies target people with very low income and help them renovate or buy their first house. Loan amount is low and there is higher risk of default. PNB housing, LIC Housing, CanFin, Hudco give most of their loan to salaried individuals and people with decent income.
Affordable housing is a big myth and it works in favour of Builders.
In India, irrespective of which party rules, housing can never be affordable due to
1. Black Money
2. Speculation as Govt promotes it by allowing rich to buy and hoard the properties for long till actual buyer frustrates and pay higher price.
3. On top of it, Govt gives tax benefits so that Bank and finance companies earn.
